I sat at one end of the couch; Hiroki sat at the other end as we awkwardly glanced at each other every now and then. I lightly chewed on my lips, unsure of when I was supposed to break the silence before sucking in a deep breath and turning around to face him.

"About just now-" The both of us stopped talking as I faked a cough.

"Who is Kaoru? Why did you call Taka a liar?" I asked, watching Hiroki closely for any subtle movements. If he's going to brush these questions under the mat, I swear I will choke the answers out of him. He made me this curious; he's not going to leave me curious and unanswered. Hiroki remained silent for a while before finally looking up at me.

"Kaoru was Taka's girlfriend. Come to think of it, Kaoru was just like you. She was the frontman of her own band. I think they lasted for about 5 years before Kaoru left."

"Where is she now then?" I asked, stirring my cup of coffee before taking a sip out of it.

"Probably in heaven," I turned to look at Hiroki at his words. "Hopefully. She deserves heaven after all this hell she's been through."

"She died?"

"Taka promised his life to her. He promised to protect her from any harm. He promised her a life of happiness with him. But what happened? He was the one that drove her to suicide," What? Kaoru killed herself because of Taka? But... How?

"Don't ask too much. Go on, shouldn't you be with your members now? I'll bring you there," I jottled in slight surprise as Teru leaned onto the wall, stirring his cup of hot chocolate. Somehow, Teru seemed to be trying to hide something, while Hiro on the other hand, is trying to expose that secret to me. From what it sounded to me, Hiro would probably have an advantage if he told me the truth. I glanced at Hiroki before leaving the house with Teru.

"What was all that shit about just now?" Teru asked as he turned into an alley. I pressed my lips together, looking out of the window.

"I don't know," I heard a grunt from Teru before he lightly slapped my face. "What the heck?"

"I can't believe you did that."

"Kiss Hiro? Cheat on Taka?" I asked as I folded my arms.

"Both," I rolled my eyes. What a great actress I am, pretending to not give a shit about what just happened.

"Did you ever think about how Taka would feel if he was the one that walked in on both of you? You're his girlfriend, Hiroki's his brother. Why the heck did you just-"

"Stop talking about this," I muttered as my grip on my bag grew harder. Teru clenched his jaws.

"It's your love life, do anything you want to it," Teru stopped the car and turned off the engine. I looked around at the familiar surroundings. "But don't come crying when something happens. I've warned you, it's your choice to listen to me or fuck up and jeopardize your life," I rolled my eyes before opening the door. "The hungry wolves are always there to kill the sheep," Teru shouted as I slammed the door at his face. What was that supposed to mean? I shrugged the thought away as I entered the house.

The whole of Fuming Stones were rather engrossed in their own activites and did not exactly notice my presence. Elliot was busy jotting some stuff down on his notebook, Emery was tuning her bass while Rainer had her earpieces on while she stared at her screen intensively, probably watching netflix or watching our past performances. I placed my bag down on the sofa beside Rainer and she looked up at me and smiled for a second before returning to the movie she was watching.  Maybe it was probably best for me to stay in my room and have a shower or something.

I sat in front of my vanity table and brushed the knots in my wet hair away as much as possible. I sighed in pure frustration before placing the brush down. My head was bombarded with questions. What was Teru trying to point out? Who is Kaoru? And... Why did I just... Did that? I never once imagined myself to cheat on Taka, and this was exactly what I just did moments ago. My phone buzzed, making me jump a little in surprise.

"Hey-"

"Y/N!!!!" I pulled the phone away from my ears. Elliot sure is loud. Rolling my eyes, I opened the door and catch a grinning Elliot looking up at me from downstairs.

"What do you want, dumbass?"

"I was just wondering if you wanted to play billiards," I sighed at his answer.

"You know you could have just shouted for me. Didn't need to give me a ring," I said as I placed the phone in my pocket. "I'll be coming down soon," I turned around to close my door and headed down, grabbing my cue stick along the way.

I grabbed my guitar before lightly strumming it before giving a soft grunt and running my fingers through my hair. At this rate, I'm probably going to grow wrinkles and die from frustration. It's an easy job being a singer, they say. Well, try doing your best protecting your voice and crack your head just so you can squeeze a song out of your brain. Shutting my eyes, I thought about any possible thing that can get the song going. For some goddamn reason, my mind ended up trailing back to what happened just a few days ago. I opened my eyes before violently shaking my head. Really, brain? Out of all things, you had to remember that event. With a sigh, I crushed the paper and threw it to the dustbin before blankly looking at the white roof above me before my head snapped to the direction of the door as I heard loud knocks. Glancing at the time on my phone, I cocked my head to the side in slight confusion. Who would want to visit us past midnight?

"Hello-" my eyes widened at the figure standing before me. He was dressed in a plain white tshirt with a black bomber decorated with badges and pins along with black ripped jeans and a pair of Nike airs. His hair and face was dripping wet from the rain and his clothes were rather soaked. "When did you come back?" I asked, flashing a smile. He simply came into the house and slammed the door right behind him, staring at me in the eye intensively before opening his mouth to speak.

"When the hell did you hook up with my brother?"
