Roses have thorns

So is the love we have

So beautiful

So sweet

Yet painful

But it's always worth the pain

I thought love would heal everything

I thought love would be enough

But I was wrong

Because the truth is

Love comes with pain

And all the struggles you can interfere

Love gives you happiness

And leaves scars in the process

But in the end

Those scars would reveal the beauty

Of fighting and forgiving

Behind the smiles and laughs.
