Wisconsin's POV

The room erupted into chaos. The states were yelling at me saying that it wasn't true, and the countries started to argue again, trying to pin the blame on each other. It wasn't long before I grew tired of all the noise.

"SHUT UP!" The room fell silent. I glared at everyone in the room, before holding up the phone I had found "The person who owns this phone is a traitor. As can be seen by their conversation to help get North captured. I found it in one of the rooms other rooms in this house and I don't think any of the countries have been any farther in here then this room, so it safe to assume that it's not one of the nations," I told them, my gaze daring anyone to challenge my observation.

"Are you suggesting that one of us threw (THIS THING CAN'T DECIDE IF THREW IS A WORD OR NOT) North under the bus?" one of the states asked, I couldn't bother to figure out which one.

"Yes, and if this phone is anything to go off of, it's either North or South Dakota's. There wasn't a password on it, and I know North isn't that trusting of anyone, so South, why did you help them?" I locked my sight on the terrified state, trying to understand his motives.

"Leave South alone!" My eyes shifted to focus on Minnesota, who was now standing protectively in front of cowering state.

My eyes narrowed. "I see traitors protect each other. Minnesota, why is your number in this group chat?"

He tensed, "If you're going to blame someone, blame me," Minn said, stepping closer to me. "It was my idea, and we both know South would never do that willingly to North."

"THEN WHY DID YOU TWO DO IT?!" I yelled at them, moving forward so me and Minnesota were almost chest to chest.

"WE HAD TO! THEY HAVE ALFRED, WHAT DID YOU EXPECT US TO DO?!" He countered (MINN USED COUNTER).

"FIND A COMPROMISE, TRACE THE PHONE THEY'RE USING! ANYTHING OTHER THAN JUST GIVING THEM WHAT THEY WANT!"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" I jerked back, turning my head to look at the person that had interrupted our argument. South had by now moved in between us and was glaring at us. "You two fighting will not help us! What's done is done, we can't change that, but what we can do is change the future and fix our mistakes, which we can't do without cooperating! So shut up and work together!" I stared at South, suprised (Wattpad thinks suprised is spelled wrong) by the outburst and that fact that he swore.

Minnesota sighed before turning back to me, "I'm sorry for not thinking before giving them North," he muttered, looking at the suddenly interesting floor.

"I'm sorry for overreacting, I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions."

"Good, now let's actually get something productive done, okay?" South smiled at us, facial expression not quite matching the tone of voice.

Both of us just nodded to nervous to say anything.

(I wanted to end it here, but then I checked the word count and it was only in the 500's so I'm going to do something to get it at least into the 700's, you all should feel honored that I'm going to such lengths for you.)

America's POV (TIME TO TORTURE THE READERS! MWAHAHAHA, I mean, what?)

Probably the worst part about this situation what that one of my states was here. Now, I wouldn't have cared that much if it was another country, except for Mattie and maybe Arthur, but it's not a country with me, but one of my states, that's a different story.

When the states were younger, most if not all of them called me either mom, dad or both. And while North will never admit this, he and South had called me mom (small headcanon of mine, deal with it). Right now is definitely the most distraught I've ever seen North, so badly that he, instead of calling me by name, had reverted back to calling me mom, and I wished so badly to be able to comfort my state.

My head snapped up, footsteps, I could hear footsteps heading our way. No, no, please don't, North has had enough, please don't hurt him. When the person entered the room, he didn't go to North, no, he was heading for me. I tensed, waiting to see what he was going to do.

He crouched in front of me, and whispered, "I'm here to help, I can't get you out, but I can bandage your wounds."

"Who-?"

"Doesn't matter, just let me help. I'll do my best to let the rest of your states and the countries looking for you know where you are. It will probably take time, and if I get caught then we may be fucked, so just keep in mind that I'm risking my fucking skin for you. So you'd better hold out," he muttered to me, while applying gauze where needed and even stitching up the deeper wounds. (Is is sad that most of my medical knowledge comes from reading fanfics?) "I'm going to patch up your state," he muttered, standing and turning to walk across the room.

"Wait! Thank you, and can't you tell me who you are?"

"... I... I'm going to remain anonymous, just to be safe," he replied, before swiftly moving to the other side of the room. I watched him, trying to see how badly North was hurt. This unknown person is my only hope of getting out of here, and of a rescue coming to find us.

I didn't like placing my trust in someone that I don't know, and I don't like how helpless I am in this situation.

I don't like it...

But there's nothing I can do about it...

All I can do is wait...

And trust him to help me...
