England's POV (A/N: Let's go back to these guys, see if they're getting anything done.)

The person that had entered behind us, probably a state, stared mouth hanging open at Delaware. "You're kidding, right? You've got to be joking," the state said, shocked gaze turning into a glare.

"He's not lying!" I turned to look at a different state, who was standing near the couch. "South was there when it happened! Someone took North and whoever did this will pay!" he growled, glaring at all of us.

Delaware sighed, before saying, "The state by the couch is Minnesota, the one that is glaring at me is Wisconsin. Now, what we need to do is find Alfred and North, and show whoever did this that you don't mess with the United States of America." (A/N: And this was where I stopped writing for a while, finals are this week that I'm writing this and I've been working on a lot of different review sheets that I get in my classes. Fucking annoying.)

Wisconsin's POV

I sighed. The few states and countries here were now arguing about how to find the culprit and who it was, and effectively getting nothing done. The moment I had realized that nothing was getting done, I left the room, settling for wandering the house then listening to them fight. The house might be considered bigger than needed, but compared to some of the other state houses it was one of the smaller ones. The states fight a lot (No shit Sherlock, I have no life), so the houses have to be big so the states can have alone time after a shit show. I eventually found myself in what we called the game room. Various chairs, bean bags, movies, game consoles, and games were scattered about the room.

The sound of a ding echoed throughout the room, and I turned to look at a phone, innocently sitting on one of the many tables in the room. I slowly walked over to it, and picked it up. I glanced at the message on the screen, wondering what it was.

It read: "Thank you, the plan went fine. Pleasure doing business with you." It was an unknown number. Quickly, I opened the phone, and found the conversation with this person. My eyes widened at what I just learned, before closing the phone, and leaving the room.

It took me no time at all to get back to the room I had left earlier, just follow the yelling. When I entered the room, it was pretty obvious that nothing had been resolved. I glanced around at everyone, before speaking up. "Minn, is there anyone else here?"

"Don't call me that, and yes. Nebraska, Michigan, and Kansas are here as well," Minnesota said, turning to look at me. "Why?"

"We have traitors in our midst."

Unknown's POV

"You hurt that one kid pretty badly, do you think he'll live?"

"Yes, as long has America is live, the states will live, too. Why do you ask? Concerned?"

"No, just wanted to know if you had gone too far and killed him too soon."

"The brat is fine. A simple sword through the lung won't kill him, just make it really fucking hard to breath," when I said that, I thought I could hear someone yell something in the distance, but couldn't make it out and really didn't care.

"Hm... Oh, and thank you for telling me about the states. They definitely will be good leverage," a look that most people would find terrifying was floating around in his violet gaze, but if he was trying to scare me, it wasn't working. I met his gaze confidently, not challenging, but not yielding to his control. Then, I looked away, trying to make it seem like he had complete dominance as leader. Let him think he's pulling the strings, let him think that he's the one in control, let him relish in this power. When the time comes, I'll be the one leading it all.

And He'll be nothing.

Just another pawn in my game...

A/N: Kinda short, definitely shorter than the one before it, but, I have finals this week, so finding time to write is hard. I know you guys don't care about my excuses, but I'm still going to make them. ANYWAYS. A WILD CHAPTER HAS APPEARED. WHAT DO YOU DO? A. READ. B. COMMENT. C. VOTE. D. ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT MY MENTAL STATE AND ABOUT THE STORY. E. RUN AWAY.
