"Double cheeseburger! A triple-scoop of choco-mint, vanilla with raisins, and strawberry ice cream, and omuraan's pork cutlet rice bowl!"

The story starts with Miaka Yuki, a junior high school student, dreaming and mumbling about foods while on the other hand, Miya Yuki, her reliable twin, is trying her best not to lose control and do something completely troubling. She let out a quiet 'hmph' and muttered, "This brat."

Unfortunately for her, Miaka is starting to get on her nerves and it only got worse when the teacher spoke. "El libro esta en la biblioteca. Translate that into English. Miss Yuki, are you listening? Miaka?"

She woke up and went on a rampage, lifting her desk and smacking the teacher right to the face! "I WANT IT ALL! I'M HUNGRY!"

"This brat," Miya facepalmed, as their classmates gaped at Miaka as if she was an alien. "Miaka? Do you realize who you just hit with that desk?" Yui, their childhood best friend, asked. "Would that be, the teacher?" Miaka guessed right, wide-eyed. "Bingo."

And so, the careless girl got punished by standing in the hallway, lifting up the desk while the rest of the class continued their study.

"Ow! My arms hurt!" Miaka complained. "It's all your fault, you stupid brat," Miya told her with a poker face. "That's rude, Mi-nee!" Miaka retorted. "Hey, you two coming?" Yui asked. "Yeah, wait up!" They exclaimed in unison.

"I can't believe anyone could sleep in class while reviewing for exams," their friend giggled in bewilderment. "I know, right? Makes you think twice if we're actually siblings. Twins at that. I mean, Keisuke's still right in the head, despite all his antics," Miya joked, staring at her twin for a reaction. Miaka stared back, speechless.

"Haha! That's so true! And because of that, they won't let you into Yotsubadai!" their other friend laughed. Miaka replied, "So? I don't want to go to Yotsubadai."

"Oh, really? What school is your first choice?"

"Jonan," Miaka said, calmly. "What!?" They glanced at Miya for confirmation. She said nothing and just nodded. "You mean Jonanzakin?"

"What else could it mean?" Miaka sassed. "Have you consulted your brain about this? Miya, what did you do to her?" They inquired. Miya smirked. "Apparently, she wants to be in the same level of intelligence that Yui and I possess. However, food will be the last thing her brain will think if ever it dies from that."

Everyone except Miaka laughed at this point. "Are you really my sister, Mi-nee?" Miaka sulked. "That's what I think about, everyday... come on, stop daydreaming, Miaka."

The smart duoーMiya and Yuiーbid farewell to their friends, as Miaka continued to sulk.

"Hey, you two! Come with me!" Yui yelled, changing the topic. "To the National Library?" The twins guessed in unisonーMiaka regaining her usual self. "Right!" Yui exclaimed in enthusiasm. Miaka smiled, "Okay! I admit it, you two are the most intelligent students in our school!"

"Wow! It looks so... official! Is the National Library, national?" Miaka joked, in a way, staring at the building, as the two ignored her. "Don't ignore my joke, you two!" She yelled and ran towards the two. "Okay it wasn't funny!"

"Just a return so I won't be long!" Yui said, holding a book. "Okay, good!" Miaka smiled, awkwardly. "Hmm... I don't know why but the fact that it's national makes me a little nervous," mumbled Miya, as she crossed her arms, staring at the cold, hard floor. As much as she loves books, she never had a chance to step foot in the National Library, until today. She knows that their mother will let her go here anytime, but there's something inside of her, telling her that it's not the time. Not yet. Until now.
