"Paris by Day & Night"
"I give you my heart, soul, mind," you whispered into my ear at daybreak and I smiled, my heart at ease in your arms.
Paris, Paris, Paris. What a beautiful city. Filled with love and adventure. This summer I had the best time of my short life. I've only lived for 17 years, haha. I, now, am writing this on a plane to the Big Apple. And I know I am ready for what is to come.
Lakemore awaits for my return. This year, I promise to have an open heart to family, friends, and potential lovers. Yes, I'm talking to you, Mystery Boy. Your silly jokes and wild stories enchant my ears. Remember the day we escaped from the crowd and roamed Paris until our hearts were content. Oh, the sight of the Seine at half-light and the Eiffel Tower at dusk. It was a day to remember and I thank you for opening my heart once again.
But, let's get back to reality. In a few days, senior year will begin. And there is no chance in hell anyone will ruin it. I'll see you there, Mystery Boy.
