"Baby?" Selena sniffed and looked up from the box that sat in her lap

"Oh Selena." Her mom rushed over and gently took away the box.

"It hurts mom" Selena pulled her legs up to her chest and tried to stop crying.

But every time she glanced around the room Justin sat right there.

"I know it does baby." Selena sniffed and leaned into her mom.

"W-Why me?" Selena sobbed as she hid her face in her moms chest.

"I don't know baby. But it's going to get better. Maybe not now. Or tomorrow. Or next week. But Babygirl I promise you. There's going to be a brighter day." Selena shook with sobs.

Why would he hurt her for?

So bad.

She pulled away from her mom and glanced at everything on her walls.

From the lights, to the pictures, To letters.

She jumped out of bed and ran to the wall Justin was on the most.

And she started tearing everything down.

She ripped off the necklace that laid around her neck and threw it across the room.

She was in so much pain.

"BRIAN!" Was all Selena heard before she fell to her knees.

She knew what this was. It was a panic attack.

She hadn't had one since her dad died.

She gasped for air. The room was spinning.

"Selena? Baby listen to me" her moms voice was far.

"Baby I need you to breath." Mandy grabbed her daughter and held her close.

Brian rushed into the room with Zayn right behind him.

"Selena!?"

She gasped for air.

Her mom cried while holding Selena. She didn't know the first thing to calming her daughter down.

Justin was the only one who could.

"Selena baby please. I need you t-to breath." Mandy chocked a sob back as Selena gasped for air.

Zayn followed behind Brian to Selena.

"Selena breath darling. It's okay." Selena squeezed her eyes shut and focused on her breathing.

She counted to three and took a breath in counted to three and let it out.

She let it in and out till she was steady.

Mandy let a big breath out and held Selena.

This was the one thing no parent ever wanted to see their child go through. So much pain they couldn't control it.

To the point that any little thing someone did would cause a break down.

Mandy never wanted that to happen. Especially to her only child.

The pain Selena was dealing with, was something Mandy couldn't help with. Selena had to help herself first.
