"Okay class, it is that time of the semester. "
The majority of the class groaned.
"This time I will let you chose your partner. The project is to addre--"
I looked out of the window again. My phone buzzed.
i looked down at my lap.
I won't be home till 12 tonight, I left some money on the counter, just make sure to be home by 11p.m. love you! <3
I rolled my eyes.
"Lucy?"
I looked up.
"Who is going to be your partner for the project?" The teacher asked.
"Um.." I looked over at Damian, he was staring at me, "Damian."
"Okay. Damian, are you alright with that?"
"Of Course Ms. Wallace." He said smiling at me.

I walked out of the class when the bell rung.
"Lucy!" I turned to Damian stuffing papers in his bag.
"Ya?"
"I was wondering if you would like to join my father and I for dinner tonight?"
"Aww. I would love to."
"Great! I'll meet you after school." He Smiled and walked off.
I went to my next class. My phone buzzed again.
Tonight.
I smiled. Tonight. Tonight I will change who I am. And I will join my mother.
