sangdan academy, one of seoul's most precidious schools, has an odd system of ranking between students where the more popular you are, the higher your class ranking is. kids with the highest ranking seemingly get to rule the school as royalty and what they say, goes. this, of course, is just a rumor made up by students and isn't what the school actually does/allows, or at least that's what they tell the public. vernon chwe, currently the highest ranking student, is in for a wake up call when kang mirae, the new student, vows to take his spot as reigning leader of the school on her first day.
