There is an agent who has done more missions on the feild and undercover(for long periods of time) than their own Captain, Captain Joe Philips. This agent is the top agent in her team and the whole program. Her appearance helps her when she needs to catch a person's eye, but it also helps her hide and stay in the shadows with the right disguise. This agent is also the youngest in the whole agency (which helps her as well) being the age of 15 years old. She has redish-brown hair that goes just past her shoulders and vibrant green eyes with a pale complexion along with a petite body with small curves.
