Chapter 25: before the ball

It has been, well almost two weeks that I have became a vampire. I have been showing at least some abilities, each day they grew stronger and powerful. Christopher said I have my dad abilities and some that no one has. I also been training my powers and how to fight but of course Aiden has been worried about me seen then. He afraid I would get hurt or not have self-control over my powers. I have been doing good so far, and Aiden knows that but I know he just want to protect me from anything right now. Other then that he has been proud of me that I can already control my cravings. I guess I'm just a fast loner.

I was currently staring at the roof while Aiden is fast at lease. It was already morning, and yet he hasn't woken up. Well I can't blame him when he has been working the whole entire week, day and night. He been a lot of stress lately, I wish I could help and I will help him as much as I can. I turn my head to see he been perfectly asleep, I lean forward to get real close to his face and gently gave a kiss on his cheek. He let out a groan and turn away from me, I couldn't help but chuckled.

I shifty moved out of the bed trying not to wake Aiden up. I got up from the bed feeling alive, I haven't felt this strong before. I walk to the window to peak a little of the beautiful weather we're having. I saw the kids playing around with other kids, even grown ups were playing along. My eyes locked to a shadow, no two shadow looking at the kids playing. There head snapped towards me. I step back a little, and walked closer to the window. They gave me a gentry smile before leaving. They looked quiet creepy to tell you the truth, why were they looking at me and gave me a smile. Question is what do they want?, I said to myself wryly.

"GOOD MORNING LOVE BIRDS" skylar and Mia barge in making me scream while Aiden flew out of the bed landing on the floor. The girls were holding a laugh, I looked at Aiden who was looking for any intruder until he notice it was the girls that barged in. Aiden looked well not pleased at them for barging without knocking first, I couldn't agree even more.

"For the love of god, please knock. Your lucky we're not naked in bed or doing something it that not pg 13" Aidan's stated putting a shirt on. I couldn't help but blush at his statement. I looked at the girl who had a terrifying look in there faces.

"I'll keep that noted. Any who we came here to kidnap our dear bestfriend. We are taking her shopping for the ball tomorrow and well buy some other things we need." Mia chirped. I turn to Aiden who look like he was hesitating on saying yes.

"Find but I want her back fully alive, got it. Also please take some of our guard with you." Aiden demanded with a stern look in his facial expression. The girls roll there eyes and left the room leaving us alone. I turn to look at Aiden who was walking the other side of the room.

"Here I thought I can finally get some alone time with my angel but it seems that I can't. I can't wait for the ball tomorrow and announced the whole world that your my soul-mate" Aiden smile resting his hands on my cheek gently caress them, I lean over to his hand feeling the warmth.

"Have you figured out what your plan is about transferring the kingdom to Xavier?" I whispered. Ever since we found out the truth about his mom and everything else, Aiden has been thinking about giving the kingdom to Xavier.

"I was thinking about when the whole thing is over with victor. I also was thinking after this whole thing finish, we can go back to our old life. You know like finish college, make you my fiancé, and get married." Aiden said thinking about our future together. Do I wanna go back to my old life? Or.....

"I still haven't decided if I want to finish college, I haven't yet focus on my career and all that." I spoke honestly.

"Well we have time for that. Now you better get dress before the girls barge in again. It seems that I have to do more work later on since I won't be having you in my arms" Aiden said giving me a peak on my red lips.
