Chapter 19

“What is going on Callie?” Brandon asked confused by her conversation.

Callie hung up the phone.

“Pull over and drop me off. I am to walk to Liam’s house and knock on the door. Liam will send Jude to open the door and once I am in Jude will run home.” Callie said on the brink of tears

“Callie you can’t do this! I wouldn’t be able to live with the guilt if you got hurt.” Brandon said then pulls out his phone and dials Stef

“Mom Liam has Jude and wants to trade Callie for Jude.” Brandon said

“Where?” Stef asked

“His house.” Brandon replied

“On my way with back up. Take Callie home.” Stef said then hung up

“Mom will get Jude and bring him home I promise.” Brandon told Callie as he pulled into the driveway

He got out of the car and ran over to Callie’s side and helped her out.

“You don’t know what Liam can do. He will hurt Jude if I don’t show up at the house” Callie said as she laid her head on Brandon’s chest “What if Jude gets hurt because I didn’t show up?”

“Mom will bring him home safe.” Brandon said

Brandon walked Callie inside and into the living room and set her down on the couch.

“Callie I am going to get Lena and the others to tell them what’s going on. They should know.” Brandon said then ran upstairs to Lena’s room and told her to go into the living room then went to get Marianna and Jesus.

“What’s going on?” Lena said “Callie what’s wrong? Where’s Stef?” Lena said

“Li..Li..Li..” Callie said then started to cry harder. Brandon put his arm around Callie and hugged her.

“Do you want me to tell them?” Brandon whispered in Callie’s ear. Callie nodded

“Liam kidnapped Jude and wanted to trade Callie for Jude, I called Stef and she is going to get Jude with Mike.” Brandon said

“Oh Callie!” Lena said and sat next to her “Stef will get him I promise.”
