Today's the big day. After two month's of back-to-back rehearsals, it was time to get on with the show, literally. I was back stage, waiting for Liam to be released from hair and makeup, even though he was naturally stunning anyways.
A week after our first date, Liam had finally asked me out. It happened exactly two months ago at our first rehearsal. It was actually quite romantic, if I do say so myself. I had showed up early, knowing that being late is extremely forbidden in the world of theater. Growing up on the stage, Liam knew the rule too, so he was actually there before I was. I asked him where I was suppose to get my script, considering this was the first rehearsal. He walked over to the piano that was in one of the sides of the stage, and pulled something that looked like my script out of his book bag.
As he made his way back, his straight face immediately began to fade into a sly smile, and that's when I knew something was up. When he reached me, he handed me the stack of neatly collected papers that were clipped together. The front page said "Snow White and the Seven Dwarf's Play Snow White's Script". I looked at him in confusion, wondering why he had my script in my book bag. And then I flipped to the following page, and was shocked by what was there.
The white paper was stained with ink that was conformed into extremely large letters that spelt out, "Jessy, will you go out with me?" When I looked up at the paper, Liam was in the same position, only this time, his smile had grown a mile wide.
Every part of my face was blood red, of course. He continued to stare at me until I realized that he was waiting for my answer. I took three tiny steps forward before throwing my arms around his neck, pushing myself up onto the tip of my toes. I whispered in his ear, "Of course baby," and then brought my head back in front of his to connect our lips.
Sparks flew. It felt like something in a movie. First off, who could say no to being asked out like that? And second off, who could say no to someone who LOOKS like that? I had to have been one of the luckiest girls in that moment. And thankfully, my luck has continued all the way until today.
Over the course of our relationship, we haven't fought once. We've gone on many dates, including trips to the zoo, the aquarium, and even an amusement park. He was the definition of a perfect boyfriend. We've also gotten pretty spicy in the touch department. We haven't gone all the way yet, but we've been pretty close, if you know what I mean. Let's just say Liam knows how to make a girl feel VERY special.
I snapped out of my flashbacks when I felt his hands cling tightly around my waist before hearing the words "Hey baby," run smoothly into my ear and down my body. I placed my hands on top of his as they rested on my hips before turning my head to fit into his neck. Once comfortably placed, I began to lay kisses on the little area of neck that I could reach with the minimal amount of space my lips could touch.
He tilted his head at a downward angle to look directly at me, his stare seeping right through me. "Happy two months love," he said, before using his rough hands to turn me around so that my body was facing his, pulling me back into him. He pressed his lips into mine again, before I pushed him away. I really didn't want to, but it was necessary.
He looked hurt. "Babe, what did you do that for?" he asked. I looked at him, a smile spreading from my lips. "Do you know how long it took to get my lips to look like this?" I asked him, acting like a snobby actress from Hollywood. He giggled before opening his mouth to say, "And do you know how badly I want to taste them?" He delicately placed his lips onto the minuscule amount of shoulder that my costume revealed. My head fell to the other side, losing it's control due to the pleasure that was being created from his kiss.
