"Anyxa, what happened?" He looks for a few minutes, not breaking eye contact with me.

"I snapped. You know that everyone knows that, hell, even I knew what I was doing. So why are you here, huh? Scared I'm going tell?"

"I need to know that I have your word. I need to know all the information you have on me and in return, I will tell you the things I know about you. I need the other information you have. Please." I made a mistake with that last word. Please, adding that word to my sentence adds desperation, it tells Anyxa that I need him a lot. Which gives him a way to negotiate and refuse to give me information. In that one word: please. How I hate it.

Anyxa shifts in his seat. Aiming a smirk at me, not bothering to hide his plans. Standing up he stalks toward me moving up and down with each step. Pain nowhere in sight on his face. But I knew it was underneath. Coldness runs against cheek, sucking the heat from it. He wants to charm you. Don't fall for again. Don't fall for it. Don't fall. Don't fall. I get lost in my refusal but Anyxa is strong. I am a mouse in his trap,o f deception and trances, desperately trying to get away that I let myself slip into my thoughts. All while being here at the same time.

"Don-don't fall- don't fall for it. Don't fall for it. Fall for it. Don't don't don't fall for it," I whispered.

"Don't fall for what, beautiful? You wanted this remember." His voice was seductive and enchanting. I wanted to fall in deep but I know that I shouldn't, that I can't. So I don't. I push away breaking the trance. Please, that's what started this.

"My information. Now." He sits back down on the bench. Compliant, to compliant.

"They don't know about you. The only thing they know is that there is information. I snuck in to see »åø«'s plans but I couldn't read them. I-I don't know what it was, so.."

"So what? What did you do? Answer me, of Now"

"I gave them one document with the strange writing. They- they haven't responded said they were when the moon was reborn. I don't know what that means but...but a message will be coming. They know of our plans. They know about you, but not who you are."

"They know. Are you serious, you put my life in danger now? Can't you see that?"

"It wasn't from me. They knew about you before I said anything. Someone in the group must also be working with them. I promise." His voice broke off at the end. He must be telling the truth.

"Okay, It's cold in here. Go get in the bath, I'll bathe you. But first I need to make a fire." Going over to the semi-burnt wood, I placed the pieces into a circle, lighting the flame in the middle to give it the most strength. To give me the most strength.

When the fire was at it's fullest =, I turned back to see Anyxa was soaking the bath water. Walking over to him, I am petrified about the repercussions of this. His eyes are closed when I step near it. Kneeling down tears flow from my eyes remember every encounter we had that was meaningful. My hand reaches over above his heart. The fire is me now so I suck the heat out the liquids from everywhere. The water in the tub goes first, lifting in the air in its evaporated form. Anyxa's eyes jut open in pain from the pain from the water. I see the bubbles perpetuate his skin from the boiling, His mouth is now open and the skin around it wrinkling from the lack of blood. The blood goes fast but now I need to discard of the muscles. I push harder with the fire. I see his muscles fade and putout back until the skin starts sagging, first his legs now his torso. Making its way up to his head where his eyes are trying to escape the death that will consume his body. They start pulsing, half way out until they are freed. Popping out in the empty bath. Now the evaporated muscles sit above the blood and that water that hangs in the air, waiting to drop back in the tub. Yet his heart remains, beating rapidly faster and faster by each beat. So I push more and harder. It bounces so far wanting to break the leather skin but then falls back to his body. Not bouncing again.

His body deflates. The only thing left are the bones and a leathery shell that wrinkles around them. He isn't the Anyxa I once knew. He is the Anyxa that I know now. I let go and retreat from the fire. So the water, blood, and muscle splash back into the tub, soaking me with it. Looking back at the fire, I see it has grown enormously, surrounding the room.

I make my exit right before the cage is wrapped in flames. Looking back the image of Anyxa, surrounded by that fluid will forever haunt me. But so will all my memories of his.

(six months ago)

I met him the barn as per his request. Anyxa was a gentle soul to me. I knew he just wanted information from me but from within I knew a part of him wanted me. He came in a sweaty mess. Hair tousled in every direction except a clear one. This was what allured me to him.

There were no physical words spoken here, only words spoken were the ones of love or rather a lust. Our clothes were thrown around he did his job on my body. Talking to me in this foreign language that was said to quickly. It was over.

"Do you love me? Are you in love with me?" I received only a laugh which meant no. To him, it was just something to do. Well, know it was over. Forever.

(Present)

I need to be reminded of the times we had, I needed a part of him. Running back into the burning cage. Inside was a rapid fire, but my courage masked everything I had so I walked in willingly. I could see through it like I wasn't even there, just surrounded by the flames. Protected by it. I walked up to the bath looking for his essence eye. A turquoise rock, that held his power. The only remaining living part of him.

Grabbing it, I felt the dying life in it. Now it's mine, it will harbor my strength and give his remaining power. I escaped the cage, without anyone seeing me. The outskirts of our group were the perfect place to gain.

Looming over my steady fire that I had created, I stepped in it, naked, while pressing the rock to my body. Until it started to melt to me. It stayed on my stomach, growing larger since it has more power from me. You could see, the flame marks on it, now making it unrecognizable to be Anyxa. I had his powers now. I had done something that was feared and never to been, done. Now, I had set off the balance, but then again, I was something that shouldn't have ever existed.

The King:

The king sat on his throne pondering over the letter he had just received from the leader of a rebel group. He knew what their game plan was, the only problem was his wife. She always berated him, chastising him for every issue that arises. He needs to push the army back about 1,000 feet west so that the rebels has a clear view of the castle.

They rebels would be lying in wait, planning their attack, planning to gain more territory. While the king would be watching his kingdom every day. Imagining it burn down while his wife burns with it. He smirked at the thought of her burning along with the people she hated, and her dreams of dominating the whole continent.

He couldn't wait for the sight. Burn. Burn. Burn. The world burns down.
