Max leads me to my seat "sit down, there's no way your playing tonight" he says "I'm fine, I can play, I'll put ice on my eye when we get home" I say "you are not fine, but if you want to play then it's your choice" he says and I nod

**After 7th Grade Plays**
After 7th grade finished playing it was time for the 8th grade to go up.
My head was hurting a little bit and I have a headache so that doesn't help much either. Everybody was lining up on one side of the stage and the 7th graders were getting off the other side.
Mr. Pinn gave me a thumbs up and a worried glance but I just smiled.
We all walked on stage and took our seats and got ready to play our scales.
We played our first scale and when we were done warming up my head was throbbing, not much to make me pass out or anything, but it hurt.
"Hey, are you ok?" The clarinet player to my right asks, my friend Arrington, she gasps when I look at her "dude, what happened?!?" she asks "a 7th grader punched me in the eye before the concert, and I'm fine, I'll be ok" I said to her and looked at my music and waited to start.
