"Hmmm, okay, we'll see about that." He grinned, showing his pearly whites and turning his eyes into little crinkles.

One by one, each student went up and auditioned for their part. It went by each role and I knew my turn was coming up soon.

"Okay now. The people that want to try out for the part of the Prince, please come up. The Prince part please come up."

"Well that's me, wish me luck!" I could tell there wasn't an ounce of nerve in him by the way he picked himself up out of his seat and sauntered down to the stage.

Once he was up, it was obvious he was born for this moment. He was beautiful in any light, but the way the spotlight hit him made him shine like the true star he is. It lightly brushed over all of his perfectly defined aspects. The light filled every crease of his muscles, showing how ponderous they were, which made me weak to my knees, even though I was sitting down.

He began to speak. I would tell you what he said, but honestly I was so intrigued by his radiant complexion that the words coming out of his mouth were completely irrelevant. All I remember was how his deep voice boomed through the speakers all around the auditorium, forcing everyone to listen to what he had to say.

Before I knew it, he was next to me again. I must have been too mesmerized by his features to not have noticed him walk off stage, but I'm glad I was because the feeling of seeing him pop-up next to me was indescribable. "How did I do?" he said, his eyes beaming through mine as I felt his glare stretch from my eyes to my toes. "Eh, not bad," I said, acting like a harsh critique. I didn't want to give away that I wans't really paying attention, but I didn't want to boost up his ego in case he didn't get the part, which I'm sure he would.

Keeping his eyes on me, gravity took a toll on his lips, causing them to form downward into a frown. He looked like one of those puppies in the windows, just begging for you to adopt them. "Not bad?" he asked me, "I thought that was one of the best auditions of my life!" Crap, I guess I better just run with something.

"I'm just kidding! You were amazing, I'm positive you'll get the spot!" I said, hoping he couldn't see through my little white lies. His gaze still fixed on mine, he put his hand on my thigh. My heart immediately begin to race faster than a car in the Indie 500. "That really means a lot coming from you babe. I'm glad you're here," he told me. His hand went a little farther up my thigh before it reached my running shorts.

I looked down at what was going on in disbelief. First, a gorgeous man notices me, and then he convinces me to audition for something I NEVER would've done if it weren't for him. Now he was touching me in a way other than pushing? Someone pinch me because I must be dreaming.

And then it all stopped.

"Those auditioning for the part of Snow White. Part of Snow White please come up."

As I ascended from my seat and began to walk towards the stage, Liam grabbed my hand, pulling me back a little. He winked, and then said "Good luck babe, I'll be right here for support," and then kissed my hand with his tender lips. Somehow I managed to muster up the words "Thank you, I hope I don't screw up," out of my mouth before continuing my journey to the stage.

After walking what felt like miles, I reached the stairs that would lead me to what was the beginning of the rest of my life. I placed my shaking hands on the cold metal handrail and began my way up, step by step, careful not to trip and begin the embarrassment at that moment. I saw all the other girls lined up for the part, and I kinda laughed. I wasn't humored with how they looked or who they were, but instead, I found it quite funny that Liam believed that I would get the part as oppose to one of them. Even more, I was shocked that I let him convince me that I would do better than them.

The other girls were amazing, like they had been acting their whole lives. Which, I kinda guess they were. I've heard all kinds of crazy stories about these girls, but you would never be able to tell because they were so good at hiding it. And then Mrs.Gonzalez called my name, twice of course.

I made my way to center stage, trying my hardest to find Liam in the crowd. There weren't very many people there, but the bright beaming lights made it hard to see anything past them. As soon as I got my cue to begin, I did. The words practically melted out of my mouth as if I had rehearsed them every waking second of my existence, which I basically had. I really wanted this part, especially if it meant I was going to be closer to Liam.

I heard a snap, and that's when I tuned back into reality. I was already back in the crowd, seated next to Liam, who apparently noticed I was zoned out and decided I needed to be brought back. "How did I do?" I asked him, honestly forgetting what had just happened. "A-MAZ-ING! You were better than any of those other girls could ever be! It's like you were born to act!" he said. Now he looked like someone had just adopted the poor puppy that was begging for an owner. Before I knew what I was saying, I told Liam "I can't believe I just did that!"

Liam stood up, offering me his comforting hand to help. As I stood up, he never released my hand, pulling me into a hug once I was on both of my feet. The way he could swallow my entire body into his made my heart melt. It felt so right being here with him in this moment in this auditorium. He pulled his head away and kissed my forehead, before I escaped the warmness of his body. I didn't want to, but I couldn't stand there hugging him forever. As we were headed out of the door way, he looked at me and began to speak.

"Jessie, you were amazing up there, just like you're amazing right here. You seem like a perfect girl, so I was wondering if maybe I could get the chance to know you better. How does a movie and dinner sound on Friday?"

I couldn't believe this, was this really happening? Was my dream boy asking me on a date, because HE thinks I'M amazing? Everything seemed so surreal to me, like I was in a dream.

"TOMORROW THE CASTING WILL BE POSTED ON MY DOOR. CASTING WILL BE POSTED ON MY DOOR TOMORROW," Mrs.Gonzalez screamed to us all, even though most of the others had already left.

"Jessie, what do ya say? Movie and dinner?" Liam asked again. I didn't know how to answer, so I just let whatever wanted to come out be free, which ended up being a "ofyes" kinda answer. He giggled, as I felt the blood rushing to my cheeks, causing me to look like a tomato. Thank god for the bell ringing, otherwise we would've stood there in awkward silence for forever.

Before heading our separate ways, he turned to me and kissed my already-red cheek. He leaned in and whispered in my ear, "Meet me here tomorrow at lunch so we can see if I get to show everyone how good of kissers we are." Just then, his lips were on mine, and there was nothing I could, or wanted, to do about it.
