Cold Blue Wallflower

When talking to her I know you see,
The person I should be and I wonder why
I can't understand why you
find it better to be a
crier of attention, a loving depressed
than simply cold-hearted,
Or why you love her with all the problems,
Who's 'so kind and so sharing',
Who 'poor thing needs caring',
But not me who's been raised cold,
By no intention of your own I know,
It's just the way things go,
And I understand,
Of course you'd love her,
She has drama and problems
for your healing heart to work on,
Not me though,
I'm just cold.
