Cancer pov

I don't know how I feel about this whole power thing.

It's just so strange I want to cry.

I walk outside and decided I just need some fresh air.

I wanted to go to the coy pond a few blocks away, thats where I go when I feel stressed.

I've always liked tye warer for some reason.

I sat on the side of the pond watching the fish swim back and fourth and the cabs scurry around.

After a while of thinking I decided to head back.

I had o cross a busy intersession to get back to the campus.

I put in my ear buds and begun to walk.

I liked listening to music, it was like putting the world on mute.

With my music blasting in my ears I begun to cross the street when BOOM!

A car came zooming by.

I knew running to the side would still get my killed so in panic, I put my hands up for protection.

"To my surprise the car had stopped, and a blue force field like bubble had formed over me.

I stared at my hands astonished.

Did I do this?

Back in my dorm, My phone rings as I waited for Capricorn to pick up.

Capricorn was my best friend in the sachoo and I don't know what I would do without her.

"Hello?" Her voice finally comes through the phone.

"CAPRICORN YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED!" I start exitedlty.

"Calm down." She laughs.

But I couldn't calm down

"Ya know the whole power thing going on in this school?" I ask.

"Yes.." she replies.

"Well I think I found mine!"
