Jade P.O.V
It was 4 am and I was still awake, I can't put my head around the text my mom sent me. I heavily sighed then heard Sam's voice, curious like I always am, I got up from the bed and made my way towards Sam. I walked slowly but surely and hid behind the wall next to the kitchen,I know it's not great to eavesdrop a conversation but I couldn't help myself.
"Uh, the phone ?" Sam asked whoever it was
"If I'd have called, would you have picked up ?" A male voice responded
I tried to see who that was but I failed and I bumped my head to the wall.
"You can come out Jade" Sam said
I walked right to the room and saw Sam and the shadow of a man shorter than him. Jess walked in and turned the lights on, the first thing that I saw was Sam and the shorter man looking at Jess and me with an indescribable expressions.

"Hey. Dean this is my girlfriend Jessica and my best friend Jade"Sam said
"Wait your brother Dean ?" Jess asked
Sam nodded and Jess smiled, I just stood there not knowing what to do.Dean looked at us then grinned and moved closer to Jessica.
"Oh,I love the Smurfs, you know I gotta tell you. You are completely out of my brother's league" He said
"Just let me put something on" She told quietly
"No,no,no, I wouldn't dream of it...Seriously" He said quickly
Great a lady's man, I thought , I coughed in the hope to make this meeting less awkward which didn't work by the way.
"Anyway,I gotta borrow your boyfriend and your best friend here, talk about some private family business. But, uh, nice meeting you two"Dean said
"No"Sam suddenly said
He went over Jessica and puts an arm around her.
"No, whatever you want to say, you can say it in front of them"He continued
"Okay...um,dad hasn't been home in a few days" Dean said
"So he's working overtime on a Miller Time shift. He'll stumble back in sooner or later" Sam immediately responded
I looked over at Dean and he ducked his head for a second then quickly looked back up at Sam.
"Dad's on a hunting trip, And he hasn't been home in a few days" He repeated
I looked over at Sam and saw him frozen still looking at Dean .
"Jess,Jade, excuse us. We have to go outside" Sam slowly said
