As lost as you are to me,
Your body beckons:
Heart cries in the distance,
I reach out for you but you are not there.
You are like the stars I cannot touch,
The sky I cannot see,
For I am blind without you.
Deaf without your voice to hear,
Numb without the touch of your hand.
