This poetry is pretty bad and these notes are pretty poor, I just don't want to keep hiding my emotions in my journal anymore. For anyone who's going through a break up, for anyone whose pain makes it too difficult to wake up. For the beings who live life so hard and feel so deeply, for the dreamers who can't hide their optimism and see the world so sweetly. For those of us who see the world as both kind and mean. In November 2019, I learned to "voice channel" my spirit guides. I had been practicing various kinds of "channeling" before then; I just didn't realize it was channeling at the time. This book is primarily a collection of transcripts and comments from my channeling experiences in November and December 2019. Some relevant material prior to then is also included. I am not sure, yet, if I will continue this book into 2020, or start a second book with 2020 material only. This is similar to a diary and biography, but it's also much different.
