Chapter 93. Born To Fly

Suga felt his cheeks turning into crimson when he felt his Noona's touch towards him, "Y-yes I am. I-in fact, I-I'm mainly nervous b-because I'm performing together w-with you, N-noona," He says that made me chuckle for a little.

"Oh I almost forgot that we haven't got into any practices together just for once. But I hope we'll do great," I smiled again while rubbing his shoulder using my thumb. "I'll try my b-best," Suga shyly replied, still ducking his head down. I shake my head, "No, do your best," That made him to look at me again.

I smile even more and remove my hand from his shoulder, "Now it's time to witness our dearest Black Pearl's solo performance! Get ready to watch her amazing vocal skills! Put your hands in the air and let us all welcome, the Black Pearl section's Third Angel! Girls' Generation's Kim Tae-Yeon featuring BTS' Suga!" As soon as I heard that alarm, my heart starts thumping so fast because of nervousness, but I shake that thought away from my mind since I wanted to show them that I'm brave.

I can already hear the crowd's cheer outside, so as mentioning Suga and mine's name. I let out a heavy sigh and look at my side, "This is it, Suga," Someone gave me a silver-dusted microphone which adores my eyes. Suga got a black-dusted microphone too. I look at the other side to find the girls mouthing me a 'good luck!', 'fighting!' and such.

I nodded my head and faced the younger, "Fighting!" Taeyeon motions her fist as Suga, felt his cheeks heating up again. I went to the staffs who are been calling out for me since I still do have my entrance. Suga was separated with me since he won't show himself up until it's his line. I climb on a silver-dusted half moon that was part of the props while the staffs were assisting me.

I sat down comfortably and neatly arrange my gown that I used to wear. The lights turn off signals that my time is about to start. (Taeyeon's picture is on the other side👈 And if you still recall Taeyeon's performance last MAMA 2015, well, just imagine that that's also her performance here - AN)

I close my eyes and inhale and exhale deeply as I can feel that the half moon that I used to ride is slowly raising up.

Third Person's POV

Kyungsoo hurriedly scoop Baekhyun back who's seemed dumbfounded of what he is seeing right now. He made him turn to face him which also snaps Baekhyun away from his thoughts, "Baekhyun! I told you that you have to be patient by this time! There's always a chance that you'll talk to her soon! You just can't miss her solo performance right?" However, Kai was there, silently eavesdropping them behind the black curtains.

"S-she is?" Kyungsoo observes Baekhyun's troubled face right now. He nodded without thinking twice, and in an instant, Baekhyun went to the seat as Kyungsoo followed behind calmly while thinking deeply. I would never thought that he'll be gone head over heels towards her. And surely as I say, Taeyeon was the only one and the reason why Baekhyun's now turning to his old self. She made him back to his original self. And that's because he also loves her.

Kai finally got out from hiding at the curtains. He watched Kyungsoo walking away as he let out a deep sigh. Before he'll also walk out, he took a one last glance at the said dressing room of the certain girl group to witness that a lot of fans are actually waiting outside with different banners.

Baekhyun settled on his seat and just in time, the introduction starts. His eyes can obviously tell someone how he hopes to talk with her tonight. Yes, tonight. After all of the performances, or it could be his chance since Taeyeon and him will be having a duet together later on. And he can't actually wait for that time to come.

Suddenly, sparkling and glittering butterflies are showed at the VCR. Hence, it was Taeyeon's introduction. The butterflies were roaming around freely and at the end, they were popped into sparkles as a voice is echoing around the grand hall.
