Allison's POV
"Allison!! Wake up school starts in 35 minutes"
"Just five more minutes mom" I said turning away and shutting my eyes again
"Nuh-uh I'm not letting you start your new school like this, get up" she said again dragging my blanket off me
"Okay okay, I'm awake" I said standing up slowly
"You have exactly 27 minutes more" she said before exiting

Fifteen minutes later I was dressed up and ready for school
"You ready?" My mom asked. Bringing out a batch of cookies from the oven
"Yup" I answered grabbing a cookie
I moaned as I took a bite. Mom makes the best cookies in the whole world
"Hmm.. you get an A+" I told her giving her a thumbs up
"Thanks baby" she said smiling at me
"Where's Steph?" I asked
"Am coming!!" Stephanie said running down the stairs
"We are late! hurry" I said walking towards the front door
"Have a nice day girls!!" My mom yelled after us as we waved at her before entering the bus

I got to my new school 10 minutes later. The school was huge, with few students loitering around
"Hey! Welcome to Lincoln High" a brunette said walking towards me. She was wearing a cheer leader uniform.
"Thanks" I said
"I'm Cree by the way, you are new right?" She asked
"Allison, and yeah I'm new" I replied
"Cool, so what class are you having now?" She asked as I scanned my schedule
"English" I replied. Raising my eyebrows a little
I thought cheerleaders are supposed to be mean
"Me too.. come on I'll show you the way" she said dragging me along with her

After that class I waved goodbye to Cree and went for my my other classes.
It's lunch time and I'm carrying my tray of food walking aimlessly around the cafeteria, not sure what table I should sit on. I couldn't even find Steph
"Allison!!" Cree's loud voice caught my attention.
"Over here" she said calling me over to her table. She still had her cheerleader outfit on so did the other girls at the table
I walked over to them and sat next to her
"Everyone meet my new friend Allison, Allison meet my teammates and the football team" she said
"You are hot" a dark haired guy smirked at me
"I'm sure she knows that already Dorian, she doesn't need your opinion" Cree said glaring at the guy
So his name is Dorian...
Dorian raised his hands up as if saying he surrenders
"This chocolate chip cookie is so good" one of the cheerleaders said
"I know right, I've tried for ages to make one but it's always a disaster" Cree said
"I can teach you" I offered
"Really?"
"Yeah, I've been making those with my mom basically my whole life" I said
"Thanks so much!!!" She shrieked hugging me
"No problem" I said laughing

After school i got Cree's number and promised to come over to her house later.
I guess my first day wasn't as bad as I thought.
