I know this is an old topic but
Honestly... she won't get better she will only get better if she wants to we can't for feed her because since she's a legal adult in America she's able to refuse medical care and that's all we can do. Now for the people who want her band because she's triggering-I get it. We should because she's showing off her body when she already knows she's skinny she's probably one of the sweetest girl I've met and I do feel bad for her. From a former anorexic and bulimic I feel like she's doing this for reassurance that she's skinny even if it's a bad attention. She really needs help but we can't do much I just hope she makes the right decision.
