4th Door - Nightmares

Phil's POV

Dan wasn't wrong when he once said these walls were like paper. That's why I woke up in the middle of the night to his screaming.

I got up and almost ran to his room. I saw him rolling under his blanket, he was still asleep and his terrified screams had changed to little whimpers.

"Dan", I said softly and shook his shoulders. "Dan, it's only a nightmare."

He sat up looking really confused for a moment and then he saw me. His eyes were filled with horror and his mouth was slightly open.

"The Slenderman took you away. He was here, he was here Phil, he took you away and I couldn't do anything", he explained fastly as if I was going to disappear on any second. He sounded like a little child and his hair was scruffy. 

"No he didn't. I'm here, you see? I'm here with you and there's nothing for you to be scared about", I told him.

Wow. The gaming channel's spooky week was really way too much for Dan. I mean yes, it made me little more skittish than I had been before, but those scary games had a way too bigger impact on Dan, even though it had been way over a year since we had played Slender.
Maybe the Yandere simulator brought that side of Dan's brain up again.

"I'm here and I'm never gonna go away", I said and hugged him, which turned out to be little difficult as he was sitting with his legs crossed, so I ended up sitting on his lap.
I stroked his hair and kissed him. I felt him shivering as my lips met his neck, and then I went slowly upwards and placed little kisses on his jawline, his cheek, his nose, and then I met his lips. His hands found my hips and I tightened my legs properly around his waist.

And there we were, fully attached to each other, my hands on his back, and his hands gently on my butt. My lips on his lips. We were one. At least that's what it really felt.

Then Dan stopped. He fell back on his bed, and pulled me with him. It must have looked funny when I was practically laying on him, because he smiled widely and gave me his love eyes.

"What?" I asked, slightly confused.

"You will sleep with me tonight, because I'm gonna protect you. I'm not gonna let some stupid Slenderman take you away", he said and wrapped his hands around me. I moved next to him, and placed my head on his chest. I could hear his heart beating.
Why did we even sleep separately? This was perfect. Who cares if he sometimes nearly kicks me to death when he's asleep? His body made me feel like home.

I tilted my head so I could see his jaw. It was perfect. Everything about him was perfect. And I loved him so much.

"What would they think if they knew that you are sleeping next to me right now?" Dan said quietly.

"No Homo Howell", I said and drew hearts on his chest with my finger. Sometimes there's nothing more that I would want to do than tell them.

"Full Homo Howell", he said and I heard the smile in his voice as he fell to sleep.

"I love you."
