There are forests in the sky
Big dazzling palaces that reach for the moon
A curtain of green hanging in thin air
Their wood clings onto stars
Their bark scratches holes in the night
Their leaves fan out in front of the sun
There are forests in the sky
They lay on top of the Earth
On the layer of dreams
Their sap drips into our eyes
Their shade protects us from darkness
Their roots dig into our hearts
There are forests in the sky
Big dazzling palaces
On the layer of dreams
