"Ya, it is." Arthur agreed.
"You guys excited? Your five now!" I asked/said.
"Ya!" They both cheered.
"What are you guys doing in school?" I asked.
"We are reading this book call Charlotte's Web." Gabriella said smiling.
"I dont like the book." Arthur said.
"I love it. Charlotte is my favorite character!" Gabriella said excitedly.
"The book is soooo boring." Arthur complained.
"Why?" I asked.
"It's about a spider that writes messages in her web and people say 'spider pig'." He said.
"Fair enough." I said seeing why he would be bored by it.
"I want us to read Batman!" He said standing up on his chair pretending to be Batman.
"Now that is boring. I dont want to be reading about a guy in a stupid bat suit that fights crime." Gabriella said.
"But The Joker is the best villain ever to exist!" He said running around the table.
"He's more like the worst dressed clown ever to exist." Gabriella sassed.
"I gotta give you credit, that was a good come back." I said to Gabriella.
"I try." She said flipping her long brown hair in a sassy way.
"I should make that pig in your book into bacon for insulting The Joker. Oh wait, that might be that very same pig on our plate right now." He said eating his bacon right in front of Gabriella's face.
"WHAT! MOM WHY DID YOU COOK THE PIG!" Gabriella yelled.
"How am I suppose to know it's the pig your reading about!" I said playing along with Arthur's joke.
"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU!" Gabriella yelled storming out of the dinning room.
I followed Gabriella, and Arthur followed me. Gabriella walked right in Alex once she walked into the main hall.
"Daddy!" She shreaked.
"Happy Birthday, sweetheart." He said picking her up.
"How's your morning so far?" Alex asked.
"Horrible." She said pouting and crossing her arms.
"Why?" Alex asked.
"Mommy cooked the pig I'm reading about in school for breakfast, and Arthur wants us to read about a guy in a bat suit." She said.
"That sounds horrible." Alex said giving her a sad face.
"I know right!" She said flaying her arms.
"You sure Mommy cooked the pig your reading about?" Alex questioned.
"Yes?" Gabby asked more that answered.
"There are a million pigs in the world. So if your mom cooked the one your reading about, she wouldn't know." Alex reasoned.
"I guess." She said hanging her head.
"Now what about Arthur and this guy in a bat suit?" Alex asked.
"Arthur thinks they should read Batman in school instead of Charlotte's Web." I said.
