•Next Week•
It's been a couple days since I haven't talked to Ashton. I know I was probably being paranoid but what if he felt weird about the kiss? Maybe he doesn't even want to see me anymore. He has probably been busy with the band, I think he would tell me if he didn't want to be friends anymore.
Anyways school starts tomorrow and I'm really nervous. I never was actually 'popular' in school.
"Emma, you have a visitor!" my mother said from downstairs
I was confused, no one told me they were coming over. I quickly looked at myself in the mirror and walked down the steps.
I was surprised when I saw Ashton standing at the door.
"Hey Ashton?"
"Hi" he waved
"What are you doing here?" I asked
"Just thought we should hang out today. If you want to?" He said
"Sure!" I smiled
My mother looked at him disapprovingly but I don't think he saw. I said bye to my mom and left with Ashton.
"Em, I'm sorry for not talking to you these past days. I saw the pictures and I didn't want you to get hate." He apologized
"It's ok, you were just protecting me" I said
He let out a sigh of relief and kept driving.
"Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise!" he smiled
I rolled my eyes and let out a small laugh. The drive was really long and I fell asleep in his car.
"Em wake up!" he chuckled
"What? Where are we?" I asked
He opened the car door and I got out.
"We are going to spend the day in Hollywood! Have you ever been here" he said
"No, but it seems cool" I answered

While we were walking Ashton held my hand and I smiled to myself. We took a lot of pictures until we got tired and we went back to his car.
"Um Emma, I wasn't really sure of saying this but I was wondering if you wanted to be my uh girlfriend?" he said nervously
I was really surprised and I knew my mother wouldn't let me date Ashton but I couldn't say no!
"Yes!" I said excitingly
His face brightened and he had a huge smile.
"So can we consider this like our first date!?" He said
I nodded and he surprised me by giving me a long kiss. He drove me back to my house and I knew I had to keep it a secret from my mom.
