Nico POV
I was so nervous. Clarisse and I have been friends for a while and now I was going to ask her to go on a date with me. I didn't know if she was going to say yes or flat turn me down.
It was 1:00. About time Clarisse would be training with her brothers. I walked over to the training arena seeing her currently beating up a training dummy with her spear.
Once the training dummy was turned to shreds I walked over to her. "Hey" I said getting her attention. "Oh hi Nico" she answered turning towards me.
"Hey Clarisse, I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me this Friday?" I asked quietly stuttering.
Clarisse looked at me smiling. " I would love too" she said simply. I was shocked. She said yes.
"So yeah, I'll pick you up at eight on Friday." I added letting my excitement show. She smiled. "See you at eight." She told me kissing my cheek before she left.
I nearly fainted right then and there. After her leaving I did a small victory dance before planning on what I was going to do for our date.
