"Pen can I talk to you?" I said grabbing her arm

She looked up at me with a smile that made me feel important. If only I always felt that way..

"Yea sure" she said holding my hand

I took a breath and led her to the garden

"I wanted to tell you that maybe we should reconsider adopting Robin.." I mumbled

She gaped and hurt flashed in her eyes

"W-what? I thought you'd be happy getting him..the way you look at him like he's the center of your world. Like your willing to die for him.. Like he's your own" she mumbled looking at me with sad eyes

Nice going genius. My subconscious said mentally smacking my head

"I do I love him and everything but I'd be to busy with work..he'd feel-" I was cut off by her scowl

"You do realize that I'm the one that adopted him meaning I'm the one that is classified as his mother. If your to busy with your work he will stay with me." She said deadly calm

I nodded mutely and pulled her to my chest

After our heart to heart talk alika decided to come and take her love

Now I'm standing in the distance watching him purr loudly and show her affection

I scowled at that.. I deserve to be jealous its my birthday

Soon I caught the eyes of my competition he licked his lips and gave me a what seemed to be smirk and rubbed his cheek against hers while she cooed him and scratched under his chin earning a loud purr

My eyes narrowed two can play at that game

I walked over to Penelope messing up my hair a bit and biting my lips to make them red

I cleared my throat

She looked up with a smile

I reached down and grabbed her slamming my lips against hers in a fierce kiss.

I pulled away and saw her dazed look

'Ooooooh Savage' my subconscious said

I smirked and looked at alika to see his slightly fuming furry face

I smirked and winked at poppy walking away

I laid down on my bed and pondered how to sort this out

I had been away for too long and I'm sure she misses me
