Chapter 11

"You are a strong independent black women who needs no man!"

"Yea"

"Your the women of women's around the world! "

"Yes!"

"You let no man tell you what you can and cannot do. You don't have a boss. You are the boss. You walk away and flip that sexy hair of yours!"

"MHM"

"Preach!"

"You don't follow . You lead . Your the stripper you never wanted to be!"

"Yess"

"KILLEM WITH THAT BODY GIRL USE IT!"

"YES HUNNY"

"...."

"Erm..I'm still not dressed guys" I said to my gay best friend and his minions who are also my best friends

"I just gave you that whole speech and all you care about is getting dressed?!?"he screeched

"Yes?" I said more like questioned

He sighed and shook his head.

I don't understand why he gave me that pep talk. He's still mad because he saw hunter leave the other day and because I didn't tell him me and hunter where dating.

"Here" he said throwing a bundle of clothes in my face

"Hmph"

I walked into the bathroom putting on the leggings and sweatshirt that read "I Eat Kids Beware "

Walking out the bathroom I bluntly stated " I can't wear this. Unless you forgot I'm going out with my boyfriends soon-to-be son"

Erin bit his lip and rolled his eyes throwing me a pare of blue and black jordens to match the sweatshirt

"It'll be fine"

I sat up in the hospital bed with a burning throat. I looked around and found my mom reading a book while my dad was fast asleep snoring

"Mum" I whispered my throat horse

Her head snapped up and she smiled. It never reached her eyes.

"Hey sweetie" she cooed rubbing my head

I looked around the hospital room

White

Red.

I looked at the red roses with narrowed eyes

"Who brought those mum" I said pointing to the flowers

"Bennett" she said looking anywhere but me

I suddenly got excited "where is he mum?" I said bouncing on the bed

She looked over at me with sad eyes and a soft smile. "Who do you think gave you the heart?"

At the age of two I had heart problems which eventually increased where I had to stay in the hospital almost every other week at the age of 13.

I had a hole in my heart and my heart had an irregular heartbeat. I couldn't run in p.e because I'd get tired even from walking .
One day I collapsed and my heart was weak I was rushed to the hospital and needed a quick heart transplant. That's where Bennett comes in..

Bennett was my role model I had always looked up to him. He always had that sweet smile when he looked at me. He was always careful and treated me as if I was his own when mom and dad weren't always home. Bennett was my older brother, he was a very well known man. He always put me before anyone else it didn't matter who it was. I was the light in his life. We where always close. He was the one who always ran to the store to buy me pads. Always cheered me up when I was down. He was the shoulder I could cry on.

But that day, that day he gave me his heart he always did anything to keep me smiling but now he was gone. And this time he wasn't coming back.

Walking to the ice cream shop I ordered a cookie dough ice cream with chocolate syrup

I looked around and saw Robin and hunter eating their ice cream, laughing and giggling

After paying I walked over to their table and sat down giving hunter a kiss on the cheek and patted robins head.

"Hey, me and Robin where just talking about cha" Hunter said shoving a spoon full of ice cream into his mouth.

Robin began laughing as hunter made funny faces

"So.. Your birthday is tomarrow what do you wanna do?" I asked licking my ice cream

"Cuddle with you and maybe watch a few movies" he said with a shrug

I nodded. He had no idea I had already planned stuff.

"By the way. Some of my friends wanted to come over and chat since I haven't seen them in a while" I said

He nodded. I looked at Robin and chuckled.  He managed to get vanilla ice cream everywhere. His hair, his cheeks, his arms and his mouth

"Robin your making a mess stop it" hunter scolded

He pouted and I knew hunter would give in at any second

He sighed shaking his head and began cleaning robin up while he giggled.

"Cmon bud let's go to the park" hunter said earning an excited squeal

Robin raced out the door with a yelling Hunter behind him. I chuckled and made my way home to grab the crazy kids

"Cmon boys where going to the park" I called as I walked through My hotel room door.

They came running in while I went to grab their leashes and changed into some basketball shorts and a sports bra

Hooking on their leashes I began leading them out and to the park.

Arriving at the park I made myself comfortable next to hunter while watching robin play.

"You brought the devil" he said earning a growl from alika who was now up in the tree

I nodded bringing the needy fox into my lap rubbing his belly

Robin soon ran over looking at bunny before looking at alika then looking at me

He bent down and rubbed a purring bunny

I laughed as bunny licked him gaining an excited squeal.

Soon alika came down wondering what all the commotion was about plopping himself in my lap

I groaned but rubbed behind his ear

He had gotten a lot bigger and heaver

Soon a tired robin came stumbling over with bunny on his heels

He yawned and layed on hunter who picked him up and laid his head on his chest.

"I think it's nap time." Hunter mumbled

I nodded grabbing alika and bunny making our way back to the hotel.
