Marcus/Edison

I smiled as i saw MayMay walking towards me.

She is simply wearing a maxi dress and nakapony tail ang buhok niya.

I gulped

No doubt why my twin brother fell inlove with her.

Her simplicity and positive aura gives impact on everyone she met.

"Hello!kanina ka pa?"

She asked.

I smiled.

"Hindi naman kakarating ko lang..lets go?"

I asked.

She smiled and nodded.

Ako na ang nagbitbit ng duffel bag na dala niya.

Pinauna ko siyang naupo sa eroplano bago ako.

I even gave her my travel pillow.

She smiled

"Salamat.."

She said.

"Ate MaryDale!!"

Napangiti ako ng masaya akong sinalubong ni Rita at niyakap.

"MaryDale iha..Marcus anak!"

Si Tita Lenie and Tito Pleyo na masayang masaya na agad niyakap si Marcus/Edison.

Edward

"How can they be able to find my body if MayMay cant understand their dialect??"

I asked Aimee upon watching MayMay and Marcus talking to the nurse attendant.

We followed them when they started to find my body and their first stop is Zamboanga Hospital.

"Ano ka ba..nandyan naman si Marcus eh..matagal siya dito nadestino sa Zamboanga so in sure maiintindihan niya.."

Aimee said.

I just nod and watched them.

I took a deep sigh when the nurse attendat cant understand my tagalog.

I even asked her in english pero hindi niya talaga ako maintindihan.

I rolled my eyes and i look to Edison.

"Ikaw na nga magtanong!i dont know where this nurse came from..i think she havent heard English words in ages!"

Inis na sabi ko.

Edison just chuckled and start to asked the nurse on their native language.

"Ang sabi niya wala daw naiadmit na Edward James Barber dito from the month the plane crashed until now."

Bumaling si Edison sakin.

I frowned.

"Pero dito ang pinakamalapit na hospital na pwedeng pagdalhan sakanila eh!"

I said.

Edison shook his head.

"MaryDale..there are four hospitals in Zamboanga so dont lose hope.."

He told me.

I crossed my arms.

Hindi ako dapat mawalan ng pagasa.

Edward needs me..

Next stop is the ZGH.

I simply wiped off my tears.

My chest becomes heavier.

That when Edison handed me a hanky.

i accepted the hanky and used it to wipe my tears off.

"Wag ka mawalan ng pagasa..mahahanap natin si Edward.."

He said.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit napatingin ako sakanya.

I felt his hand on my shoulder.

"Alam mo..everytime we were in a mission..i know that i may die..coz my profession is about risking mh life just to save others..and one time nasa mission ako..tinamaan ako ng bala sa likod..and everything went black..nagising na lang ako isang araw nasa ospital nako..and you know what made things amazing??"

He asked me.

"What?"

He smiled.

"I found out that ive been in coma for one week..imagine?hindi ko alam na nacoma pala ako ng one week..malay mo si Edward buhay pa siya and hinihintay kalang talaga niya na mahanap mo siya.."

I gulped.

I dont know why his lines sinked in my head.

Edward please wait for me..wag kang bibitaw..hahanapin talaga kita.

My mind said.

Marcus/Edison

I frowned when the staff of a morgue and funeral parlor, last stop na namin to pero wala pa din pangalan ni Edward.

Mas lumakas ang pagasa ko na buhay siya.

I rub MayMay's back.

Kita ko kung pano nahulog ang balikat niya sa pagkakaalam na wala sa mga pinaghanapan namin si Edward.

"I do have a feeling na buhay siya MayMay.."

I told her.

Napatingin siya sakin .

"Ano dapat natin gawin???"

She asked.

I smiled and hinila ko ang kamay niya.

She frowned.

"Anong ginagawa natin dito?"

She asked ng makarating kami sa presinto.

"Irereport natin sa pulis ang pagkawala ni Edward..sila ang gagawa ng mission na hanapin si Edward sa mga bahay bahay malapit sa plane crashed.."

Kumunot noo siya.

"Sa bahay bahay??bakit dun??"

Tanong niya.

"Dahil may hinala ako na nakaligtas siya sa plane crashed..and maari na may nakapulot sakanya.."

I said.

Pagasa ang bumakas sa mukha niya.

She smiled and hugged me.

Natigilan ako.

i am not expecting it.

"Thank you Marcus!"

She said.

I pat her back.

"Its okay..its my duty to protect everyone.."

I said.

Protect everyone nga lang ba Marcus??

My mind asked me.

I took a deep sigh.

I should not be feeling this way.
