Humid, moist air from the crashing waves of the ocean surrounding Hawaii create a comfortable mood for the special event on the grass lawn leading up to a sandy shore. Rows of pristine, white chairs contrast with the colorful outfits of the attending guests. A long line of (f/c) carpet leads up to a curved structure. The said structure, an arch, stands tall before the seated guests, sheltering the men standing beneath it.
"Stop pacing so much, Levi," Erwin chides," you'll wear a hole into the carpeting."
"Shut up! You're not the one getting married today, Erwin," the bridegroom retorts back, still pacing anxiously. He rubs his hands together at a furious pace, trying to ease his nerves.
"You two love each other more than two lovesick puppies would," the taller male remarks. "I'm willing to bet that (Y/n) is more excited, and maybe even more nervous, than you. You're more knowledgeable about weddings than she is."
"What difference does it make? She might freak out suddenly!"
"Calm down. Hanji stayed up with (Y/n) all night to help study about weddings. She might not be the most responsible adult on the planet, but Hanji is a good friend. I can promise you that she's made (Y/n) well aware of what will be happening today."
Levi can't help but chuckle at his friend's words. It's not everyday you have a woman teaching someone about weddings. The thought of his fiancée with her head stuck in a book about marriage ceremonies, cramming the information into her brain, is humorous.
"Let's hope so..."

"Hanji, my hair is being pulled too much!"
"I know, sweetie! Hold on a second."
The brunette scientist zips around the room with bobby pins held in her mouth and a pair of shoes under a veil in her arms. She drops the latter onto a nearby chair and hastens to adjust (Y/n)'s hair to a comfortable position. Once she gains approval for the hair, Hanji throws a pair of shoes at (Y/n) with a quick "Here, put these on!" before scuttling to an open bench to do the same with her own pair.
"Are these supposed to pinch my feet, Hanji? They hurt," (Y/n) whimpers, shifting from one foot to another, a pained look on her scrunched up face.
"It's only gonna be for a few hours, (Y/n)."
"Okay..."

The soft humming of music reaches all the wedding goers' ears as Mike leads (Y/n) down the aisle, her arm linked with his own. Their pace is slow, each step taken exuding an aura of gracefulness. Once the pair reach the arch, Mike unravels his arm and strides off to the side to stand beside Erwin and Levi. (Y/n) walks forward towards her soon-to-be-husband, but unknowingly steps on the hem of her gown. Her ankles give out, causing her body to lurch forward.
"Eep!" (Y/n) squeaks out as she squeezes her eyes shut, waiting for the violent impact of her face against the ground. When she feels a softer impact than what she was supposed to receive, the neko looks up with one eye open. She's met with a pair of worried, grey eyes that still have a sharp, stoic look to them. The owner of those eyes helps her stand and keeps his arms around her until her balance steadies out. "Levi, why is everybody staring at me?! Did I do something wrong," (Y/n) asks, noticing the many pairs of eyes watching her intently.
