"Jungkook-ah! Let's go, let's go!"

The unfamiliar girl invited as she held her hand out towards him, looking down on her extended hand, he lifted his gaze up and saw her smiling at him. He was quietly observing her, her baby face, her thin lips, her cute button-shaped nose, and her rosy pink cheeks. He doesn't know this girl is, but without hesitance, he took her hand as they skipped through the dark forest. He watched her as they ran hand in hand through the woods breaking twigs and crushing leaves in the process, he watched as her white dress danced as the lazy wind blew.

They stopped, it made him look around.

Trees, darkness, fog and her.

It was everything that he can see yet he didn't feel any fear, not even a single bit of it. He looked around, she disappeared. He wanted to call her but then he remembered that he doesn't know this girl yet, he was about to look for her but then he heard a piano playing. It was soft, it was calm, it was inviting to his ears.

Following where the sound came from, Jungkook stopped as he looked around. More trees. But he furrowed his brows when he saw her waving at him, since when did a piano appeared in the middle of the dark forest? The place where the instrument doesn't have trees in it, but, it has grasses growing around it with trees encircling the place.

"Come here!" The girl invited with a smile on her teeth while motioning him to come. And he did. "Sit here." She instructed him while patting the empty space on the piano bench and sit he did. "Do you know how to play this?" She asked while pointing at the old piano in front of them. He shook his head. "No." He answered. "Just a little." He added and the latter giggled making him furrow his brows.

"I am too. Let's learn together then?" She asked, her eyes lit up in the process. "Sure." He answered then again without hesitance making her smile even more. "You press this and I'll press this." She instructed while pointing at the higher keys and he nodded his head. Lifting his hands up, Jungkook placed it above the key and to his surprise, he found himself playing a melody randomly.

He glanced at her and she smiled at him. He smiled back.

She pressed the keys too and it was like perfection to him. It blended perfectly and never in his life did he liked playing piano like this, it bore him to play instruments because he'd rather sing than play but now, the girl beside him made him like what he's doing now.

"You're doing well!" She said with a bright smile plastered on her face and Jungkook smiled too. He continued to play until he's not aware of everything around him more, he continued to press those keys, until he remembered the girl beside him. He looked towards his side, but he found no one there. He stood up abruptly, head looking around trying to spot her but no. There are no signs of her.

He ran deep into the woods, he needs to find her. He ran and ran but she never appeared again.

"No." Jungkook said, fear evident in his voice. "No." He repeated as he frantically looked around. It was always like this, she would always appear in front of him, she would always approach him and then she will disappear, he hated every time this happened, he hated her leaving him alone, but as much as he hated it, he loved being with her.

"No!" He shouted.

His eyes flew open and the cool breeze of the sea greeted him. He glanced at the clock beside him and noticed that it was just three in the morning, he sighed. This always happens, he thought. It wasn't the first time he had this dream, and it wasn't the first time he woke up at dawn with his deep thoughts of who that girl is.

"Why do I have to dream of her again?" Jungkook muttered as he sat up, he looked around his room. Darkness engulfing the whole place with only the moon light shining through the open doors of his balcony, the white curtains dancing softly as the sea breeze blew. He got off his bed and walked towards the balcony, he stared at the sea reflecting the moon.

He sighed.

"Why do I keep having the same dream?" He asked himself, he reached out towards the railing of the balcony and sighed. It has been a few months, close to a year already and he doesn't know what made him dream those kind of things. It felt real though.

Especially when that girl held his hands.

It was soft, the way she held him was so gentle. He loved it.

"Was it because of the accident?" He asked himself, his face creasing at the process. He tried to remember everything that had happened to him almost a year ago but then stopped when he felt his head hurting. He sighed.

He hated it. He hated his helpless situation. He hated the accident that happened a year ago.

It almost took his life. It almost did, but that accident took something else precious from him.

That accident took his parents life and his most treasured memories.

He took a deep breath as he looked up at the sky and weakly smiled. "I hope you're doing great there mom and dad. You see, grandma's taking good care of me. Even grandpa too." Jungkook added while looking up into the sky. "But as much as they take good care of me, I still miss you." Jungkook said as he looked down and tears automatically ran down his cheeks.

"Maybe if I didn't asked us to go to a vacation you'd still be alive." Jungkook said as his grip on the railings tightened. "Maybe if we didn't boarded that ship you're still going to be with me." He added, remorse filled the tone of his voice. "Maybe... maybe if I wasn't stubborn then I'd still have you and dad, maybe I'd still have those memories I lost" He continued. His heart ached, it was overwhelmed with sadness.

"Maybe if we didn't go... I wouldn't have those dreams"
