A Prayer To Uplift The Soul

with You - our Heavenly Father - the one who always loves us..who will never let us

down. You said you will walk with us and you would never leave us - We will never

have to walk alone. There is no challenge we can't get through, no mountain we can't

climb and no lonely times that we can't experience - in your strength.

To know about you Lord is one thing - but to read the bible and spend time in prayer

getting to know you - that's another - that's when it really hits - how awesome you are -

and what a great friend you are. We have you to comfort us Lord, we have the bible

to read to increase our faith, we have prayer, Christian Music, God Tube, and the

many beautfiul things in nature, etc  - to point us to a wonderful God, to an all powerful,

all knowing God - who only wants the best for us.

Lord please answer the cries of the lonely, the needy and the down and out. Help these people 

to know that you are standing by - just waiting for them to say yes - yes to you - yes they

do accept you...because if they accept you into their lives then they can have happiness,

 joy, rest and peace amidst whatever challenge of life they face.

We all go through good times and bad times - we all experience sometimes

where life is tough - but you are there, comforting us, supporting us, loving us and

guiding us in an amazing, caring way.

Look after each one of us Lord as we entrust our lives to you - The only one who

has proven to be trustworthy with the most precious things in life. Draw close to

our loved ones - and may they draw close  to you - may they come to have a closer

walk with you.

Please use us as instruments - helping us to reach out and help those around

us - because we care - We have a great love for others - that is the great love that

you have put into our hearts Lord - this great love gives us the desire to reach out and

help - in whatever way we can - Walk with us Lord as we do our best walking through this

day spreading good news, happiness and help to those around us. Help us to be such a positive witness to others - so that they will want to know you Lord because they have known us. Amen.

 GOD IS AWESOME. LOVING, CARING, FORGIVING, ENCOURAGING AND HELPFUL - WHEN JESUS WAS HERE ON EARTH HE SPENT ALOT OF TIME HEALING THE SICK BECAUSE HE

CARES SO MUCH ABOUT THE SICK - AND HE PREACHED THE GOOD NEWS - THAT SALVATION IS ASSURED IF YOU ACCEPT THE LORD. IF YOU ACCEPT GOD INTO YOUR LIFE -

AND FOLLOW HIM - YOU ARE GUARANTEED A BRIGHT AND GLORIOUS ETERNAL FUTURE.

YOU CAN HAVE HAPPINESS, PEACE, AND JOY AMIDST BOTH THE GOOD/PAINFUL CHALLENGING TIMES. IF YOU DON'T HAVE GOD IN YOUR  LIFE - THEN LIFE IS SO MUCH HARDER (WHERE DOES THE HAPPINESS, PEACE AND JOY COME FROM? ) IT COMES FROM YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER - IT COMES FROM THE ASSURANCE ALSO - OF KNOWING YOU'RE SAVED - DOESN'T IT? GOD LOVES YOU WITH AN EVERLASTING LOVE - HE IS A FATHER WHO IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED - OF THE HIGHEST PRAISE - HE IS A FATHER WHO WOULD DO EVERYTHING HE COULD TO SAVE YOU - AND HE DID.

FRIEND - DON'T WASTE ANOTHER DAY SITTING ON THE FENCE OR WAITING FOR A BETTER TIME - THERE IS NO BETTER TIME TO ACCEPT THE LORD INTO YOUR LIFE. DO IT NOW - YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? I HAVE ACCEPTED THE LORD INTO MY LIFE - AFTER YEARS OF GOING SOLO. THOSE YEARS OF GOING SOLO WERE THE WORST YEARS OF MY LIFE -  I WAS SO INDEPENDANT. I SAID - I TRUST YOU GOD - OOH NO NO - LET ME HAVE THE WHEEL BACK. BUT I KEPT RUNNING INTO THE DITCH. FINALLY - I HAVE GIVEN THE COMPLETE CONTROL OF MY LIFE BACK OVER TO GOD - NOW I AM HAPPY - BECAUSE ALTHOUGH I STILL HAVE MOUNTAINS TO CLIMB - LIKE ALOT OF US DO - I AM CLIMBING MY MOUNTAINS IN GODS STRENGTH - AND I AM COMFORTED BY ROMANS 8:28 (I KNOW THAT I MIGHT NOT UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING IN THIS LIFE - BUT I HAVE THE ASSURANCE THAT GOD IS IN CONTROL OF MY LIFE - AND I TRUST HIM - THEN I DON'T HAVE A CONSTANT WORRY -  BEING ANXIOUS ABOUT MY FUTURE). WE ARE TO WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT.

GOD IS THE BEST - HE IS MY PERSONAL FRIEND AND SAVIOUR - FRIEND - WON'T YOU MAKE HIM YOURS ALSO.

FRIEND - IT IS NOW THE 15/11/2012 AND OVER THE PAST TWO WEEKS - I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO JOYCE MEYER (A FEMALE PREACHER ON UTUBE). I AM TELLING YOU THIS BECAUSE I THINK SHE IS A FABULOUS PREACHER. I LIKE ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING THROUGH SOME REALLY TOUGH TIMES LATELY - AND JOYCE HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS SINCE I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO HER ON UTUBE. WE ALL NEED HOPE, LOVE, ENCOURAGEMENT UPLIFTMENT AND POSITIVITY IN OUR LIVES - JOYCE MEYER'S SERMONS CERTAINLY DO UPLIFT, INSPIRE AND ENCOURAGE ME - MAYBE YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A LISTEN TO HER ON UTUBE FRIEND - AND SEE IF SHE CAN HELP UPLIFT, INSPIRE AND ENCOURAGE YOU TOO.
