Jacobs POV
I told my mom and she said I can leave early, once I bought the plane ticket and printed it out I quickly grabbed my bags, that thankfully were already packed and got in a uber to the airport
Time skip; in front of the hotel
I took a deep breath because I was in front of the hotel, Mark was a few feet away
The boy I loved who I hurt so much was so close and I was freaking out.
Okay, I'm chill.
I walked into the hotel and walked to the from desk
"Hello, welcome to the hotel, how may I help you today?"
"Um hi, I have a room under Sartorius"
"Yes, okay well here is your hotel key. Have a good stay"
"Okay thank you"
I went to the elevator and clicked the 5th floor, okay this is it, Now or never.
"Oh hey Jacob" Ariel said walking out of her room
"Hey, where's Mark?"
"He's in room 502 and he's with Mario, he hasn't came out since what happened"
"Okay thanks"
"No problem, I really hope you guys make up, I'll wait for you outside his room"
"Okay thanks"
I opened my hotel room and set my bags on the floor and looked at the mirror "okay Jacob you got this" I said to myself as I walked out the door
"You ready?" Ariel asked
"Yeah, I'm ready"
I opened the door and I saw Mark sleeping on Marios shoulder, when Mario saw me he gave me a dirty look, he switched places with Ariel so we wouldn't wake up Mark and mario dragged me outside
"Do you know what you did to him?!"
"Listen I'm sorry, you don't even know how upset I am right now, I freaking cried the whole flight here, right when Ariel told me I booked the first flight I can here. I was just scared, I already get so much hate and I just didn't want more, that girl is no one I would ever date, she's my cousin. Mario please you have to understand that I really do love him" I said a few tears going down my face
"I'm sorry Jacob, you have to go tell him this, you mean so much to him, he loves you. He loves you so damn much and I know he will forgive you"
"Thanks Mario" I said giving him a quick hug and walking inside
When I walked in Mark was sobbing and Ariel was trying to comfort him.
We quickly switched places so Mark wouldn't know right away, his armed were tightly wrapped around me and I was rubbing his back , "I'm so so so so sorry, I love you I love you."
He stopped sobbing and let go of me he tried to get up but I grabbed his hand, "no get off of me!"
"No no baby please, listen to me. I love you, I love you so much and I didn't mean to hurt you. That girl means nothing to me she's just my cousin but you mean the whole wide world to me and I'm so sorry I hurt you. You don't even deserve me you deserve so much better baby"
I stood up and took his hands in mine.
"You don't have to go out with me anymore if you don't want to, but your my best friend and I don't want you to hate me, you mean so damn much to me and I need you Mark, I sound so selfish but I can't function without you."
Mark had tears running down his face and so did I "I love you" Mark said quietly looking at the ground.
"I love you too" I said lifting his chin up
"I'm sorry I hurt you" I said kissing his forehead and pulling him into a hug
"I think we should stay friends for a while" Mark said into my chest
I nodded, "whatever you want" I said quickly so he wouldn't hear my voice crack as tears rolled down my face
