Water.

            There's water everywhere.

I can't hear anything and it's pitch black.

My mind in a tangle of confusion, except for one frantic thought.

I'm running out of breath.

I try going up, but there's a wall blocking the way. I start to panic. I can feel my heart speeding up, bubbles coming out of my mouth in a silent scream of terror.

Can't breath!

Then finally, when I feel I'm about to lose consciousness, the wall gives away and I'm being pulled up out of the water.

My head breaks the surface.

I gasp, sucking up great gulps of delicious air.

I can breath again.

Slowly, my vision starts to work and I can make out the blurry shape of a small room.

It looks like a cell room out of an old black and white movie.

With solid brick walls and just one door on the far side of the room, no windows. On the right, I see two sets of chains hanging from the ceiling. And on the left, I make out what looks like an operating table.

With blotches of a red substance on it.

My eyes widen.

Oh no. Not here. Please god, anywhere but here.

I look back towards the door, only to find a figure now standing in the entrance.

I'm already trembling, and I can feel my heart pick up again. He walks closer, and I make out the unmistakable face of the person who ruined my life.

Razim.

I become aware of hands on my shoulders, keeping me from moving. I look down and notice I'm kneeling in front of a large bucket of black water.

The hands tighten with a vice grip on my shoulders, making a gasp escape my mouth as a sharp pain runs down my spine.

My ears fill with the loud breathing of the person behind me.

I look back up and see Razim's smirking face only a couple inches away from mine.

He's staring straight at me, and I stare back.

Finally, he breaks the staring contest and looks behind me, giving a small nod.

My throat tightens.

I feel my heartbeat accelerate even faster, like it's trying to jump out of my chest.

The hands on my shoulders tense.

Then feeling like I already can't breathe, I start getting pushed forward towards the water again.

Seeing it getting closer and closer, a wall of never ending blackness.

I start thrashing, screaming, anything not to go back down. But I feel the hands tighten more and push even harder.

Then I'm plunging back into endless darkness.
