Chapter 21

2 Days Later

Tayeisha POV

"Mmmm shit." I groaned. I held on to the counter while bending over and holding my stomach with my free hand.

I've been having horrible cramping for the past day and I'm not sure if they're contractions or not. I couldn't sleep all last night cause every 10 minutes, I would be in pain. My water hasn't broke yet which is a good thing, so I don't really want to worry Zeon about this.

"Tay! Where you at?!" Yolanda yelled throughout the house. I tried to answer her but I felt another sharp pain hit me.

A minute later, Yolanda found me in the kitchen and rushes to my side. She helped me walk as she led me into the living room and I took a seat on the couch. I threw my head back and let out deep breaths as I rubbed my stomach.

"What's wrong Tay? How long have you been having these pains?" She asked me.

"About a day." I mumbled.

"Have you told Zeon? You could possibly be in labor or go into labor any minute now." She worried.

"No I haven't told him. He's working and I don't want to bother him cause this could be a false alarm. It's to early anyways."

"But this could be the real deal Tay! I'm calling him right now." She said and she started calling Zeon on her phone. He's gonna kill me.

"Yo, wassup?" He answered the phone. I sighed and continued my breathing exercises.

"Hey Zeon, in calling in regard to Tayeisha." Yolanda said.

"Uh ok. What's wrong? I just talked to her." He said.

"She been having contraction like pains for a day and I came over a few minutes ago and she could barely even walk to take a seat. I feel like as if this baby is not trying to wait till the due date." Yolanda snitched.

"You serious right now? Put Tay on the phone." He said and I can tell he's angry. Yo passed me the phone and I sighed.

"Hey baby." I said.

"Cut the shit Tay. Why the fuck wouldn't you tell me you are in serious pain? What if your ass went into labor and I'm here cause you decided not to tell me anything?"

"You're working Z, and what if it was just a false alarm?"

"I don't give a fuck! If it's a false alarm then fuck it, it's whatever. This ain't shit you keep to yourself!" He yelled.

"I'm sorry." I mumbled. "My water hasn't even br - oh shit!" I yelled feeling something flow from down there and I know I didn't just pee.

"Tayeisha what? What just happened?" He asked nervously.

"My water just broke." I said calmly.

"Yo you serious right now?" He asked then I heard him ask his dad to call their pilot.

"Yeah but I'm sitting on the new couch we bought baby. It's gonna be ruined. I loved this couch." I whined.

"So you just gonna act like as if your water didn't just break?" He asked sounding surprised.

"Uh yeah. I don't know why but the pain just vanished. I'm gonna go take a shower, do my makeup, then eat before I head to the hospital. How long will it take for you to get here?" I asked, standing up from the couch.

"Like 6 hours maybe. I'm gonna get there as soon as possible. Just make sure you get to the damn hospital and tell Julissa to stay in there for me." He said making me smile.
