~I haven't updated in years but now is a good time to start back up~
To my victims, no, survivors of sexual assault; I know this pain that you're going through. Once you were innocent to the cruel world, or maybe you already knew how cruel the world is and now it's just darker, either way you need to know it's not your fault. It doesn't matter what you were wearing or if you were drinking even if you were dating the person and they forced themselves on you; it's. not. Your. Fault. You were a victim, but now you're a survivor. No matter what you're always going to be a little paranoid, or like me whose terrified of the dark; but that doesn't mean you haven't survived. I know it's hard and it's never too late to tell someone if you haven't what happened and if you have stand up and be an advocate for others like you who are ashamed or scared to tell anyone; be the voice we need in this world today. You're not a victim, don't let anyone tell you you're a victim because you are a survivor. And you are strong.
