It was raining. Aceyla was walking around the neighborhood, hangs in pockets. Nothing mattered. Not after what happened...

She was talking about her ex, Cindy. They had gotten into a huge fight months ago, which led to Aceyla storming out and never returning.

Aceyla missed the girl, but what could she do? She lost all contact with her and, when she tried going to the girl's house, Cindy would never be home.

Cindy was looking in the mirror, getting ready to go to bed. She looked at her phone and scrolled through insta until a photo of Aceyla showed up. Her smile faded as she gazed at the picture and she felt a slight pain in her chest.

She sat on the bed and held herself. Sure, she was seeing someone but she never really liked him. She was still in love with Aceyla. She just didn't believe that Aceyla loved her back.
