Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying no baby ocs or your oc can't have a baby. But face it if your in a fire fight or hand to hand these ocs are well....
In the way.. Useless... And Sometimes there owners distract from the rp's actual story or plot. Especially if they get kidnapped a lot an cross twenty states or what not.
Also many of there owners don't realize how helpless there oc really is. For instance a baby oc can't just crawl out a closed hotel room door and 5 blocks with no one able to catch up.
Face it you are not Tommy Pickles. And even Tommy had limits.
And usually this is the only oc they make. Please be realistic about your little tike oc..
And if your gonna force your baby capers on us make sure you are here to play your oc. Cause otherwise we get sick of limboing a whole rp for the baby.
And eventually we lock the baby in a playpen with a lid so we can get on with the rp. Why cause you are rarely here.
Now if your oc does have tiny ones then find ways like normal parents to keep them out of the danger zone... My current favorite... A baby sitter.
Next is the poorly placed non infant but child oc. Now I'm not hating but some of you bring kid ocs into a rp that does not allow. Like say you did a Call of Duty based rp. A young kid can't lift the guns much less fire them.
Seriously if I can barely keep a SKS up to fire due to weight and kick. How on earth is Sindy Lu Who gonna.
Generally the ages change. but in really if you read the story or type of rp you should know if a child oc is cool.
For instance said you did a rp based off the movie Willow Then yes there is a war but its about saving a baby from a witch and there are some kids in it.
Or your werewolf rp allows for an encourages pups an kids. Then go ahead make a kid or baby just have common sense if you do.
Also if you timeskip your kid or baby ocs age by years get the other rpers in chains permission. No one wants to go from 20 to 40 Unexpectedly against their will.
