"STELLA!!" This was yelled by Daniel Marsters. Nice guy when he wasn't around his friends well semi nice...but when he was around them he could definitely flirt with the best of them! Also he was definitely a hottie...and yet a total ass."So ladies...victory party. Friday after the game. You'll be there correct?"

"First the game hasn't happened so you have yet to win. Second could you get any cockier? And third we were thinking girls' night." Stella said pursing her lips. I looked at her weirdly hadn't she just said to me moments ago we were going? She didn't much care for Daniel so I guess that would be why she said what she did.

"Girls' night huh? Can I come?" He said wiggling his eyebrows up and down suggestively. Both Stella and I just stared at him. "I'll take that as a no.."

"Come on. You know we're gonna win so why not celebrate with us Sean style?" Kyle Connors said. Sean was the most popular guy at Belmount High, there was no competition. He was it. The only ones that came close were the two idiots with him right now and of course Mike Nielson the blonde haired blue eyed all American boy. Now he was a looker.

"Come on Rose don't be a party pooper." And finally he spoke. The devil himself Sean Matthews. "there's gonna be booze."

"Sean you know alcohol and I don't mix." I said with a slight smirk gracing my lips.

"Oh I think you mix very well. If I remember correctly your clothes tend to come off much easier when you've had a drink." He said with his stupid smirk and his stupid dimples. I quickly look to Stella to see if she would question what he was saying, she didn't though maybe she hadn't heard him. I could only hope. My eyes narrow as I imagined pushing him down the steps of the stadium.

"Back off ass wipe, if it will get you to leave us alone we'll come. See you Friday." Stella said.

"Looking forward to it." Sean said as he turned to walk down the stairs. "Oh and Rose I'll be expecting a congratulatory kiss after we win the game." He yelled back over his shoulder at me leaving with a wink and his signature smirk.

"UGH I HATE HIM!!" I said laying down across the bleacher seat I was on; I was being dramatic but what high schooler wasn't?

"He's such an arrogant ass." Stella added.

"You know we have to go now though right?"

"Sadly yes."

"But you just said you wanted us to go," I said with a small smile.

"That was before Daniel Asstard Marsters so rudely invited us." If you haven't noticed she has the mouth of a sailor. She really hated him. I don't really know the exact reason why either. "Oh look! It's Mike." She added in a much lighter tone.

"Mike?" I shot up fixing my hair and smoothing down my shirt.

"Someone's excited..."

"Shut up Stella."

"ROSE!! I have a question for you." Mike yelled up at me.

"Ask away." I shouted back down at him. He sprinted up the steps to where we were and stopped.

"Would it be at all possible for you to go to Sean's party with me on Friday?" He asked smiling.

"I don't know maybe if you play your cards right." I said smiling back.

"So is that a yes?" He said looking hopeful.

"Yes that's a yes." As I said that his face broke out into a huge grin worthy of the Cheshire cat.

"Good I'll drive you over after the game then. Will you be at the game?"

"Yep can't miss the first game of our senior year now can I."

"Alright cool see you there." He said turning around and walking back down the steps. I was smiling idiotically. Mike had asked me out! This was the MOST exciting thing ever!! Well not EVER but it was pretty close for me.

"You are stupid and asking for trouble." I turned to look at Stella confused.

"What?"

"Sean asked you to come to his party. And you are going to show up on the arm of his biggest competition? Come on Rose. You know Sean has this weird obsession thing going for you why would you anger him?"

"Oh my gosh he does not he just likes poking at me. He always has."

"Something bad is going to happen at that party."

"Sure whatever you say Stella. Everything is going to be just fine."
