Chapter 16

I grabbed us both pillows and blankets and sat on the couch wrapped up, instead of him going on the other couch he sat next to me and switched the tv on. We sat watching Netflix into the early hours of the morning snacking on the remains of our food from the night before, I was beginning to feel tired and with out realising my head was on Josh's shoulder and I was asleep. I woke feeling like crap, I didn't want to move as I got myself up noticing Josh was on the other couch and asleep, it was 7am and I knew I needed to get up for school and so slowly I sat up. I then attempted to wake Josh
"Josh dude you gotta wake up"
I shook him lightly
"Mmm no go away"
He rolled over away from me
"Josh we gotta go to school come on"
"Come to bed"
"What? No, wake up Josh"
"Ditch with me?"
He sat up asking me in seriousness
"I can't my parents will kill me"
"They won't know?"
"Yes because the school will ring home"
"wait a sec"
He got up and walked over to my house phone and started to look through the saved numbers, he then began to ring a number
"Josh what-"
"Shh"
I sat there silently as he began to talk
"Hello"
"Yes, Tyler Joseph is unable to come into school today due to a sudden bug"
"Okay thank you bye"
He put the phone down and grinned at me then went straight back to the couch and fell asleep, I rubbed my eyes and did the same thing. I woke up again at about 1pm
"Morning"
Josh said, he was dressed and cooking
"What are you doing?"
"Making us waffles"
He made us waffles along with bacon and eggs, we both ate and then decided to clean up.
