It was perfect, and I find myself kissing back, his hand cupping my face. We pull away at the same time, our similar coloured eyes – although his eyes were a gorgeous lush shade of green while mine had faded and were now dull and dreary – meeting each other once again.
“I’m sorry,” he says, turning his head away; discomfited.
“Don’t be sorry, I liked it.” I reply, clutching his hand; offering him a small smile. I watch as the corners of his lips curl into a smirk before he opens his mouth to speak for a second time,
“So you wouldn’t mind if I did this?” he says softly, leaning in until his lips are lightly brushing over mine, his hot breath hitting me. I shake my head slightly and he simpers before re-attaching our lips.

“No I have to get this out.” I nod softly, gesturing for him to go on.
“Being away from you for this long drove me crazy. And I don’t know if you saw, but I texted and called a billion times. When you were on Skype that night and you told me you didn’t know about the tour, I wanted to kill Luke. You didn’t deserve any of that and that’s when I realised that I needed to tell you how I feel before you fall for him because I know you deserve so much better.” He admits, his eyes getting glassy and I wrap my arms around his neck, our bodies now pressed against each other.
“Michael, I like you too.” I confess and his face instantly lights up. He pulls me closer to him, my face now in the crook of his neck as I take in his scent.
“C’mon, let’s go inside.” He grins, taking my hand in his.
