A morning with Ellie Mae Franta,

Ellie Mae's POV:

I woke up to the bright sun in my face, smiling about California. THE DAY HAS COME! I jump out of my bed and head to the kitchen where I see my mom fixing me French Toast.

"Morning mom!" I say hugging her.

"Good morning sweetheart! Did you get good sleep?" she asked me, smiling.

"Yes ma'm I did, so where's dad?" I then ask her.

"He's at work, but he will be home an hour before we leave for the airport!" she says starting to fix my breakfast.

"Ok, well, i'm gonna go edit my video, then eat my breakfast, and get ready," I say getting up from my seat.

"Sounds like a plan, pumpkin!" my mom says as she hugs me and kisses my cheek.

I walk up stairs to my room grabing my laptop with shopping store stickers all,over the cover. 30 minutes later, I decide to watch Shane's new video featuring Shanaynay. Goodness, I love that guy so much! After watching his video and other newer videos, I went downstairs to eat my breakfast.

"Here you go honey," my mom says as she gives me my breakfast.

"Thanks!" I say sitting down starting to eat my French Toast. I then see my mother looking at me, tearing up.

"Mom, are you ok?" I say walking to her.

"I'm sorry sweet-heart, its just, you're growing up so fast, leaving us heading to California with your brother," she says wiping her tears.

To be honest, me and my mom were super close. We did everything together. I was really gonna miss our chats and get togethers. I started to cry with her.

"Momma, i'll call every night, and visit you every holiday, you know that," I say to her.

"I know sweet-heart, but not seeing my little girl coming home from school saying 'Lets hang out!' its upsetting," she says to me.

"I know mom, i'm gonna miss our singing in the car, and our shopping spree's that we have weekly!" I say hugging her.

After breakfast, I then start walking up stairs to my room and turn on the new Paramore CD to listen to while I take a shower and all that jazz.

"Don't try to take this from me,

I sing in the shower. My favorite song by my favorite band.

I then hop out of the shower and walk into my room. I open up one of my many suitcases, grabing my black and white striped t-shirt, with dark washed skinny jeans, and white toms. I put the outfit on and change my music, so I would be listening to Demi Lovato. I start walking to my bathroom.

"LIKE NEON LIGHTTTSS!!!" I shout as i'm singing because I am so weird!

I start to wash my face and brush my teeth. Then I put my hair in a bun so I could put on make-up. I don't put on tons of make-up though. I usually just put on base, eyeliner, mascera, and lip gloss. After my make-up was done, I dried my hair so it would look curly, but not look greasy. I then secured my hair with bobby pins, and finished packing my bathroom stuff.

I walk back in my room to hear my phone playing Katy Perry's Dark Horse. I turn off my music and walk over to my bed. I answered the phone.

"Hello?" I said sitting down.

"HEY LIL' SISTA!!" I hear Connor scream.

"HEY BIG BROTHA!!" I mockingly say back. He laughs and starts to talk.

"Ok, so tell me again when the plane leaves and lands. Because chances are I will forget.." he tells me.

"Leaves at 1:00 and lands at 5:00, don't worry so much, Con-Da-Bon!" I say back.

"Well, I just wanna impress my sister as usual!" he says.

"Wow, thats a first!" I say jokingly.

"See ya later sis, love you," he tells me.

"I love you too, broseph," I say, hanging up my phone. ((Yes I just had a Gravity Falls moment, ok))

After I hang up the phone, its 10:50. That means I better put my stuff in moms car. Me and my mom start putting my luggage and bags in the back of her truck. When we finish, its 11:05.

"Mom, where's dad? You said he'd be here.." I ask. My mom hangs up her phone and starts to talk.

"Your dad said he's in an important meeting, but he also said he loves you and will miss you. I'm sorry honey" my mom says.

"He never makes time for me, not even this time," I tell her.

"Well, come on, your gonna be late for your flight honey," my mom tells me as she's getting in the car.

"Yes ma'm.." I say very disapointed.

I jump in the car holding my pink laptop bag. I start to put in my earphones and listen to Ellie Goulding's Lights album. I just love how we have the same first name! We got to the airport, finally. My mom helps me cary my bags inside. We get my ticket and put my bags on the conveyer belt. I realize that this is as far as my mom can go. I set down my purse and hugged her.

"Your gonna make it big with you brother, pumpkin! I believe in you," She says crying.

"I'm gonna miss you so much momma! I love you," I tell her breaking our hug.

"Here," she puts a neckless in my hand.

"Whats this?" I say drying my tears.

"It was my neckless I had when I was your age, it has a music note on it! Promise me you'll wear it?" she says.

"I promise," I say putting it on. We hug for the last time. I pick up my purse and laptop bag, and walk away. I look back and see her waving, I wave back.

After going through security, I had 30 minutes till they called my flight, so I decided to vlog on my phone.

"Hey nerds and nerdettes! I'm in the Minnisoda Airport right now, trying to find a Starbucks or a McDonalds.. or a place that has food.. i'm just really hungry ok?" I laugh to my phone.

"I FOUND FOOD YOU GUYS!" I whisper yell as I run in this pizza parlor.

After I finished eating and vloging, they called my flight and I headed on the plane.

"Goodbye Minnesota, hello California," I said after the plane took off.

~I know, long chapter.. but in these stories, we never get to see the relarionship with the girl and her parents, so I wanted to do that. Next Chapter we meet the O2L boys! So stay tuned!!~
