EXO is a South Korean/ Chinese boyband formed by SM Entertainment in 2011 and debuted 8th of April 2012. The meaning of their debut date is because they have eight Korean members and four Chinese members. They were separated into two subgroups, EXO-K and EXO-M which the letters stand for Korean and Mandarin, respectively. However, with the departure of three Chinese members (A/N: tearing up tbh) leaving with only one Chinese member left, nowadays EXO performs as a whole group in both Mandarin and Korean.
