WHAT ARE BLACK CHARACTERS? Many may think that black characters are ones that are from African and Caribbean but it's not! Yeah we said it! Black characters are those who have melanin, I mean the ones from India, Caribbean, Brazil, Mexico, Caribbean just to name a few. Black is diverse. Black characters are diverse because we've migrated all around the world.

That's how we're different. That's how different we are but we are all one. So if you were going to just write about black characters coming from the Caribbean or Africa. You're wrong, what about Madagascar or Papa New Guinea. Black characters come from far and wide and in the darkest and lightest complexions.
