Quick question, not an update

So guys. I have an oc Harry Potter character,(if you don't k ow what that means, it's a character that I created), and I want to write a story involving her, but the thing is, is that I really want to keep with my theme of having James and/or Lily around. The only is, is that she is Harrys sister and I'm not quite sure how to make a story with what I want to do, or if I should do it.

So, I want your guys' opinions on what I should do. Comment on which options you want, or if you have another possible idea about it.

-a certain name you want her to have(first and middle names)?

-should I write the story?

-should James be alive?

-should Lily be alive?

-should both parents be alive?

-parents never died?

-twin sister?

-older sister?

-younger sister?
