Chapter 6: When Hero's Meet

Manhattan.
(Captain America's POV)
The crashed ship was brought to the shore line and the full extent of the missile impact was evident, the engines had been destroyed and their was massive structural damage, the main door to the ship was currently being opened by the Human Torch and we waited for his signal so that we help the people inside,
"Cap! the doors open" Johnny says
"alright, lets get those people out of there-" I begin but stop when I see people exit the ship on their own
"Looks like they're ok" Spidey says
"yes is does, how about we introduce ourselves" I say
"sure" he says as we walk over to the ship

"Batman, this is New York" one of them says
" I know, but we can't falter from our mission here" the man who is even dressed like a bat says
" Nightwing are you ok?" a ginger man says
"No i'm not, I thought I was but after stepping out of the ship, it's become all to real, this isn't Gotham or Star City or even our own New York City, this is just so different" the man Nightwing with the blue bird on his chest says
"excuse me, um... I couldn't help but overhear, what did mean by 'our own New York'?" I ask
"oh, um... hi, um" Nightwing says with stutter n his voice
"what he's trying to say is, we aren't from this earth" the ginger says "I'm Red Arrow by the way" he finishes
" aren't from this earth?" Black Widow asks
"Look at your sky, we are chasing the entity responsible for that" the man 'Batman' says as we all look up to see a circle type hole in the sky, with blue electricity around the circumference, but with obvious tears to the space around it,
"we are from an entirely different multiverse, the boundary that divided both has been torn open, for what purpose we don't know but we followed his signal to here" Batman says

I looked over them for a few seconds, thinking about what they had just said, they had no reason to lie from what I could tell and from what was in the sky and their ship now resting on the shore of Manhattan I came to a fast conclusion,  
"well I see no reason not to believe you, we can take you all back to our tower in the city" I say
" you mean the one with the big letter A on the side" Nightwing says
"yes that on" I say as we head for the AvengeJet gesturing for the others to follow, we would continue this at Avengers Tower, we needed to since we had no idea what was going on.

Between Multiverses, The Multiverse Rift.
(3rd Person POV)
The lightening from the hole between multiverses surged through space, warping the area. The amount of energy being produced from such an event being very visible on all sides, The entity hovered nearby, not moving but calculating his next move, to crush or to conquer two multiverses at the same time by using the rift created between the realities.

Such an outcome would need to be timed down to the last second and the being  knew this very well. The only hinderance to his plans, were the Justice League and the Avengers, two teams he suspected would get along well but any attempt at stopping him could be stopped, this he was certain of, nothing could stop a being created with Antimatter.

The Entity smirked to himself, the Justice League had no idea who exactly he was, nor did they currently know his name, or where he had come from, but the reveal of that information could wait for now, all that matters at this point in time is to set his plans in motion by any means necessary, a change would happen and every corner of reality would feel it.

Avengers Tower, Manhattan - Avengers Earth Prime.
(Batman's POV)
" This tower is impressive" Nightwing says " but I think its time for proper introductions, I'm Nightwing, the broody one is Batman, the hot ginger is Red Arrow, the green guy is Martian Manhunter, the guy with the lightning bolt is The Flash, the woman with the lasso is Wonder Woman, the guy with the 'S' on his chest is Superman and the guy with the Lantern on his chest is Green lantern, we are some of the Justice League" he finishes
" nice to meet you all, I'm Captain America, the one in the spider spandex is Spiderman, the one on fire is the Human Torch, The women in black is Black widow, and the man with arrows is Hawkeye" Captain America introduces " we are a small number of the Avengers" he finishes

" now that is out of the way, we need to get down to business" I say
" right, this being you were chasing" Captain America says 
"we don't know who he is, but we do know that he's not from our universe or your multiverse" I explain
"what do you know about this being?" Captain America questions
"we know that he wants to either conquer both of our realities or destroy them" I say
"conquer or destroy?" Spiderman asks
"yep, that's what Batman heard him say, but it sure does piss him off that he doesn't know who we're up against" Nightwing answers with a smirk in his tone
"it's as if all of this shouldn't even be possible at all" I say
"care to explain your theory" Red Arrow asks
"an invisible wall between our realities has been broken down, the theory of one multiverse alone is something, but two running parallel to each other but completely different is something no one would think is possible" I explain
"even we have theories on the multiverse here, your right about parallel multiverses, no one would ever think that it's even possible" Black Widow says stepping forwards
"since we don't know what we are facing, how about we send a Stark Satellite into the proximity to scan the area" Captain America says walking over to a nearby control console
"you learned the systems?" Hawkeye asks
"had to, Tony can't be trusted at the moment" Captain America says
"who's Tony?" Flash asks
"A member of the team currently sidelined at the moment" Black Widow answers
"his system programming is what targeted your ship and shot it out of orbit" Hawkeye explains
"the satellite is moving into position, we'll have visual in five minutes" Captain America says gaining our attention.

Turning to the screens in front of us, we saw the cameras of the satellite had a perfect view of the event horizon, the hole between our realities. Five minutes had soon passed and the satellite stopped at a safe distance away from the hole in space, we could see just how vast it was and just how dangerous it was,
"no sign of him?" I question
"I don't know, any further and we could lose the satellite" Captain America states
"well, at least we can see just exactly we're dealing with" Black Widow says
"it must go for miles" Hal remarks
"it goes for miles and yet its so close to earth" I say
"how is that possible?" Nightwing ask
"space has obviously folded in at certain points, this hole in space is obviously visible in a lot of places but it condenses space so that instead of us seeing the whole picture we only see the planet reflected from the other side" I explain
"so what do we do?" Spiderman asks
"we need to close that hole and stop this entity  before he can succeed" I say to everyone as we start to formulate a plan of attack, this entity needed to be stopped before over 14 billion lives were whipped from existence or ruled over with an iron fist.
