22. School Camp Pt 2

"W-what happened?" I say as I sit up.
I am in my dorm.

"(Y/N)! Your awake!" I hear Travis's voice say as he looks down on me from the top bunk.

I look around the room.
Through the slightly open curtains, I say the Jet Black Sky with the bright red stars.
Wait. Red!

"Travis. What's wrong with the Stars!" I say to him scared.

"There's nothing wrong with them (Y/N), are you hallucinating?" He asks looking out the window.

"There Red Travis!" I say as I run to the window.

"There White as usual. There must be something wrong with your eyes.

I then wake up.

It was a dream.

I sigh in relief as I woke up at the campfire.

"Hello Sleepyhead" I hear Katelyn say.

"Oh. Hey Katelyn." I say as the group were making smores.

"You ok now (Y/N), we are sorry about Travis, we put him in time out" All the girls began laughing.

"Why! He didn't know!" I day as I run from the campfire, and go searching for Travis.

"Travis! Travis!" I shout.

I then see an orange haired figure in the distance.

I walk over to her.
It was Lucinda.

"Hey Lucinda, have you seen Travis" I ask her.

"No, why would I be near that jerk. I'd rather make a cat potion" She says.

"Can you not just Magic him here?" I ask her.

"Why?" She asks me.

"Well, because he's my boyfriend and I wanna see him" I say.

"Well why didnt you say so!" Lucinda says, fangirling.

"Travisca" she enchants her summoning spell and Travis appears. Lucinda walks away.

"Hey Travis" I say.

"Oh, Hey (Y/N)" he says, sitting on the ground, staring at his feet.

"Don't blame yourself. You didn't know" I say as I sit down next to him.

"But I hurt you. You missed the day because of me" He says as he starts to cry.

"Travis. Don't cry. Don't Cry Travis" I say as I pull him into a hug.

"Im here. It doesn't matter if I missed the day. As long as Im with you" I say as a tear rolls down my cheek.

"Why didn't you just tell me?" He asks.

"I was scared...... of what you would think." I say as I pull away from the hug.

"Why would I judge you about that. It's what makes you who you are." Travis says.

"Yea....." I say as I move closer to Travis.

I lean in to kiss him, and he leans towards me.

It didn't last for long.
But I never wanted it to end.

"(Y/N)...." Travis trailed off.

"It's time we get to the Dormitory" I say as I help him up.

He walks me back to the dorm.

As we arrive at the Dormitory, (Y/N) collapses at the Doorway.

"T-Travis...... it's too hot... I can't see" She says as I try and help her back up.

"(Y/N)! Don't close your eyes!" I say as I pick her up bridal style.

"I-I can't see Travis" She says as her eyelids close.

I tuck her into her blankets as I place he in her bunk.

She grips tight to hand as if not wanting me to go, so I sit by her bed until I eventually fall asleep, my head resting against her shoulder.
